I give the house a 4 but the management company needs to be fired...The house was overall a great house. It accommodated our needs as far as bedrooms and bathrooms. For a house that big you need 2 refrigerators and ice maker. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced. We were advised on the day of our arrival the washer was broken and a repair guy would be out Monday for repair. We were totally fine with that. Monday became Wednesday, Wednesday became Thursday.. We made several phone calls and ask why not just get a new washer. We have 16 people and paid 10,000 for a week which included washer and dryer. When they finally came they did not even try to fix it. They brought a new one, and after reading the review from the previous renters they knew it could not be repaired on the Thursday before we arrived on Saturday...This is unacceptable. They did bring us towels and offered to wash some clothes for us which we did not want them washing our clothes, we needed a washer...bottom line....Again we loved the house but would never rent any property that is managed by Holiday beach rentals.

The property itself was good but Holiday Rentals property management was non responsive to the repairs needed. We received a call on our way to the beach house stating the wash machine was broken and it would be Monday before they could get a repair service out. Monday we were told it would be Wednesday then we were told it would be Thursday. By Thursday we are 6 days in with a slew of kids one being only 3, can you imagine 6 days with 5 kids and no washer. I left a message for the property manager to phone me and I told her if she couldn't get a reputable repair company to fix the washer she should replace it. She had excuse after excuse after excuse such as the repair company is a 3rd party and she had no control, it was the owners that wanted it serviced before deciding on a new one. Bottom line we paid over 10 thousand to rent this for a week which included a washer and dryer and we didn't get what we paid for. They offered no partial refund for the inconvience, they think because they offered to send our clothes to be laundered that was enough that is not the same as being able to throw something in the wash for immediate use especially with a 3 year old that still has accidents. Finally after arguing with the manager we got a new washer with only on day left on our vacation. I rated poor value because I dint get what I paid for.

1. Clothes washer went out on Thursday, but Holiday Rental was very prompt in getting a repairman out. When it was determined that it was not repairable, they washed for us and brought extra towels.2. Ice maker is inadequate as we had to buy ice all week.3. Dishwasher gave poor performance.4. Very spacious kitchen.5. Overall great house.

At Panama City... this beach house is beautiful and clean. Accommodates our 13 person group very easily.
