Can’t recommend these folks, if you call them near there closing time they do not care. I called around 5:45 to ask if they could help me with my air conditioning as our air had gone out. His response was we are closing in a few minutes!!Did not try to offer any assistance. In addition if you want to use them on the weekend your out of luck.So if you have RV troubles and it’s not conducive to there operating hours your S.O.L. Nor do they care!!!!

Just got 5 STAR Service today! In the Panama City Beach area, if your RV needs service (RV Park onsite) or in an RV Service Bay, Ron and his team at RV TRAX are the "go to folks". I just picked up my 5th Wheel RV after dropping it off this morning. From 8:30 a.m. to Noon, Ron and team were able to install a new slide out topper, clean and repack 4 sets of wheel bearings, remount the tires, also clean and check my brakes. Fortunately Ron said my brakes were good (no up sale!), just quality and honest work. The total bill was exactly what I expected and even a little less (based on my research on labor market rates and supplies). No "bill shock". Ron was recommended by multiple people from this RV Park. Go for quality and honest service. Go with Team Ron for your next RV service need. Benny

Spoke with Ron and he provided the info we needed to fix our problem. I will definetly use this company for any future repairs needed.We had the macerator pump go out of our RV, so I called Ron at RV Trax and it took only two days for pump to come in and Ron to come out and install it. He stayed on the job site until he was certain all was bbn okay.One heck of a service RV company to deal with. So knowledgable and thorough.Five stars all the way.

I just called RV Trax, spoke with Ron. We needed someone to fix our RV today. Ron apologized but he didn't have time to come today. However, he talked to me on the phone for 15 mins to diagnose the problem, he walked me right to the issue...I would recommend this company to anyone!
