Go to Pier Park, I waited here for over 45 minutes to open an account, just left because I couldn't wait any longer, no one cares, you have people in the office area opening drawers trying to look busy shameful and lazy ! If you don't want to work and do the job you are paid for, go home. There are plenty of others who will do it with pride !!!

Regions continuously places 10-day holds on monthly $3000 rent deposits from tenant. Checks come directly to Regions from tenant's credit union bill pay service. I've also used mobile deposits to deposit these checks, and still a 10-day hold. Suspect that as a regional bank they are under financial stress and need to hold funds as long as possible. I am switching banks.

If I could put negative zero I would but as a mathematician I know such a figure doesn’t exist . I regret taking this long to post this horrific incident but it’s better to be later than never. And I hope a serious investigation ensues. On Monday April 24, 2023 I hesitantly brought a deposit this Hutchinson Blvd( I use the word “hesitantly” because I honestly didn’t want to go back to this branch after a previous unbelievably stupid encounter with the Hispanic teller there, stated I couldn’t use my Florida Driver License to cash a check, I should instead use my passport from my native country) . I am a restaurant manager and has been for past 6 years. On the date mentioned above, I deposited $984.20 , transaction was handled by the guy using cash register 02 , it shows on the receipt I got back. The issue is, how we write our bank deposit slips, we write total first then repeat that very at the bottom of the slip where it says total. So I wrote $984.20 at the top and accidentally wrote $940.20 at the bottom of the slip. Guess what the male teller did, he deposited $940.20 and God knows what he did with the $44. Now I did not see this , honestly to God, until Wednesday the 26th when our company accountant send me a copy of bank receipt showing the discrepancy. I went back to the bank immediately upon receiving the notice from my accountant, however the male teller wasn’t present to explain what he did with the $44 he didn’t deposit. The two female tellers; the same Hispanic and another white girl says they would call the account holder after they do whatever. This is May 09th and no one receives a call from these people. I hate to say this , but it is what it looks like, “TOTAL DISHONESTY,” and I’ll be pushing the owners to launch an investigation. I hope the entire public see this post.

Terrible service. Never had a good experience here - I have been a customer for almost 10 years. They claim they are understaffed- then Regions do something about it.When asked why no one was available to do a simple wire transfer the woman at the counter responded “the manager is on her break, we deserve to eat too” —— I’m sorry what? I never once said you were not deserving of anything - but I shouldn’t be made to feel like a bully for wanting service.

The drive up ATM is located past the teller window. Sadly, instead of closing that lane, they had it open vs the one beside it and blocked the ATM

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. The assistant manager of this location is extremely unprofessional and decided to confront me in a lobby full of people to discuss the ATM that stole $200 from me. This issue occurred June 3rd. Then a month and a half later they take the FULL amount back. This all happened because the customer service team listed the WRONG location. I gave very specific details as to what went wrong and called immediately after the atm stole my money. After dealing with the "assistant manager" for 2 days. The specialized resolution team called me to verify my story. Only to find out she NEVER corrected it. After saying she was going to help and getting mad I didn't believe her and I refused to let her brush me to the side and wait weeks for answer. No one in this branch or bank Cares. Their machines cost me personally hundreds of dollars and the Negligence and Igorance from the asst manager is unbelievable. This location should be shut down for theft and non working ATM. I've already opened a new bank and will never do business with Regions Again.

They said I must have an appointment to start a savings account so I made it for 10:15 am. I arrived at 10 am. I'm still sitting here and it's 10:45 am.
