Made appointment. Went to appointment..sign on door temporarily closes go to these locations, gave me 2 choices 20 plus miiles farther away. Went to the closest, computers down, I was not on the appointment list. Quest has caused myself and my husband a lot of frustration to just get labs. Last time he went to his appointment, booked online, they said he didn't have an appointment. This is ridiculous and inconvenient

I was a walk in and waited for half an hour just for them to tell me that they can't see me and they can't do drug screenings after 3, the lady had came out about exactly 3 like she waited for 3 just so they wouldn't have to do it today.

This people see you at the door and throw the needle and it lands just right every single time painless... figurative speech everyone but thats how good they are. I have been to other labs and without fail i always end up with huge black spot on my arm or arms it depends on how many time they have to poke me with the needle but in Quest Diagnostics never they are the best at what they do 10/10 will recommend.

Great self service options for making an appointment and they stick to their appointments over walk ins. I need this kinda service at every business because I’m an extremely busy person. Never had to be poked more than 1x. Staff is friendly, treats you with compassion and professional

Needed a quick drug screen completed. Attempted to setup appointment via automated phone line but could not complete due to system error (had availability and would enter info prompted then say it wasnt available multiple times) so I decided to do walk in. There is no reception area(only kiosks and chairs) , I used kiosk to enter queue and waited in line for over two hours just to be refused before closing that they would not be able to complete. Save your time and find another location.

I was expecting to get results of my Chromatic Hemoglobin (Anemia). Apparently the referring Physician or the Physicians Associate failed to ask for that to be tested.
