Overall was fine. Great view. The weight/excerise room really needs repair. Many of the weight machines are broken and have been for at least 3 years.

View is incredible! Sunsets spectacular, saw dolphins off the balcony. Facilities are a bit dated and can use new carpet, drapes. We'll equipped kitchen but you need to stock all paper and grocery, including spices.

We like this place very much- its beautiful. We stayed in #504. Sadly, the entire time we were here it was double red flags on the beach. Our unit didn't have a plunger which we ended up needing. The arcade downstairs honestly is anything but that. There is a pool table, an air hockey table that has pads that aren't made for the table so they don't hit the pucks, a coin game and an older game that has things like frogger and dig dug which are great for 1970s fans. The arcade space is small but has potential and could really make some big money if they put games in there that are relevant to today's youth. The gal that owns our unit was very nice. People aren't supposed to put their beach chairs etc in front of the wooden chairs that are there for owners and their guests, but they do, and at least while we were there, nobody enforced the rule. Of all the places we have stayed down here over the years, I can honestly say this is still one of my favorites. I attached a photo of the sky one from one of our first days. 9 people died during the time we were there - people need to respect and follow the rules of the beach. Even with double red flags, I witnessed Dads standing at the beach watching their little children in the beach waters.

We always rent our condo at the princess every year. It's always clean and enjoyable. Beach front condos with 3 pools, a hot tub, grills, private beach access and private gated parking lot with basketball goals. It's prob the best place we've ever stayed. Once again thanks for an awesome Summer 2023 Vacation.

Only went to Bikini Bob's, but still absolutely loved it there! The outside atmosphere is relaxing, and cheerful.

I wish I could have been able to go but I'm not pleased with my experience. We reserved one of the units in November 2022 and established a fair rate for a 6-night stay in a 4-bedroom condo during spring break. The contract stated that the price can change, as expected with demand for the time of year that we reserved. However, we received a call one month before our stay, where the owners decided to increase our rate over $1800 for the stay ($4054 to $5855). Absolutely ridiculous! Thankfully I was able to cancel my reservation without penalty but I know I won't be looking for rentals here in the future.Only giving two stars because of the friendliness of the staff, who were very understanding and helpful with my situation.

Great place, we booked through vrbo and the managers of the unit was VIP and they were amazing to interact with, they were super nice and easy going and made the whole process painless. The princess itself was nice, had a code to the gate which was nice, and a code for the elevators. The pools had some horrible chemicals in them though which ruins some hair, but overall was an amazing place to stay with great views of the gulf and in a great quiet location.

Unit 1403 has great owners. Provided us with everything needed before and after arrival. Beautiful accommodations and the view is AMAZING. We will return!!

I struggled whether or not to write this review. I have been staying here for quite a few years now, I normally rent from VIP Rentals instead of the Princess themselves and this is why. VIP rentals are Class A+ and the rooms are squeaky clean and you are treated great. This year when I rented I had to rent from the Condos and Room 502 was absolutely horrible. When you walked in, it smelled "unclean". I personally had to buy a mop and cleaner and clean the Condo. The vacuum did not work even after I bought a belt for it. The staff never acknowledged the filth even with me going to the office about it, just a sorry. I should have been given at least a night but they keep your monies (deposit) over a month so they get the interest from it as well. I checked out on the 31st of July and finally had to call again before them returning it. I haven't gotten it yet but hopeful in the next couple of days. I won't rent from the Condos again but will most definitely through VIP.

Only reason it lost a star was because the manager I dealt with in the front office was impatient and short tempered. Besides that the amenities were great, the beach is beautiful, its located close to everything while far enough from it the traffic isn't bad, and everyone was friendly. I would also like to say the security staff is super helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to help us with finding a parking spot and answers to our questions because the office was closed when we arrived.
