My wife and I have come to this store every year for almost 10 years on our vacation trips 2-3 times yearly. We have been frustrated for the last few years at the smell of sewage every time we walk into the store. It’s frustrating because they have great items and amazing staff. Unfortunately the smell is enough to keep us from shopping. The last few times we have walked in and right back out because of the sewer smell. Please fix the smell and we will be back!

Flagship store always has all the latest styles available with lots of Lilly accessories and shoes you do not always find in other locations. I always make it a point to stop in when I’m in or near the area. Store is always well stocked and great sales staff to assist you and of course if they do not have your size they will order it and free shipping.

Total mean girl vibe in there. I was going to shop and drop some money in there but the girls were whispering, barely spoke to me and just cold. I will just order Lily, Julie and Kendra merchandise online.You might want to smile, show the customer you are kind and ready to help rather than wisper to each other ,try on jewlery and give cold snotty looks.

Awesome store! I've been a fan of the clothing line and had a fantastic visit with Lori and Erika. They were very honest about how things fit and checked on me in the fitting room . . . what a nice surprise! They ordered from another store a swim suit in a different size, which will be in withint the week. Very accommodating and even gave me some local tips on restaurants. Thanks awesome divas!!! Great job!

Omg this store is so cute! They had so much fun and colorful clothing and accessories. I purchased a pair of shorts and my niece got an adorable sterling mermaid necklace. (She's 21 years old so not a little kid necklace) I loves all their hair accessories and wristlets. The store was nice and neat and organized. The employee was super helpful.

Very beautiful store with a decent selection, but when I walked in the store, the girl behind the counter never even spoke. Appeared as if she was on her phone. She never once asked if I had questions or needed help. Another young lady came from the back and walked right past me, again never spoke or offered assistance. Please know that I was the only shopper in the store. I was looking for 2 pieces in particular that would have cost over $300 plus anything else I would have decided to buy in the new prints, but customer service is a big deal to me.... so I'll take my money elsewhere.

Love this Lilly shop! The associates are very helpful and nice. No snooty employees like some upper end stores can have. I love Lilly products and this is a great way to try on and buy them without having to purchase online.

Customer service was less than desirable. As a plus size person and knowing the brand I understand my options are limited but at least make us feel welcome and offer alternatives instead of just saying you don’t have it.
