Whilst I appreciate the opportunity to shop Jamaican here, I think the store needs be more deligent in their marketing. Your shelf labels display a different cost from your actual prices and this is misleading to customers. I could have argued on tonight that the shelf label’s price is what I want to pay the product but I chose to let it go. The customer service person said “oh, those prices are inaccurate.” That's how you justify this!!!? It's incorrect and that's okay? Also, your customer service personnel always have no clue in how to operate your computer system. Some of them are clueless!I appreciate being able to come and shop the variety of my Jamaican domestic demands but we need to do better.?

All convenience stores are a ripoff but this one takes it too far.2 Dollar Arizonas, 5 dollar minimum for cards, etc…

Terrible experience. Store hours 7a-12a. Arrived, at 7p. pumped gas, needed a receipt for govt travel, and the pump didn’t provide one. Went up to the store and there was a sign “be back in 20 minutes” I called the store and the store and the attendant answered and I asked her to open the store she said “ma’am read the sign” I told what I needed, she agreed to ovine to the door. She got the receipt, brought it to the door, cracked the door, then locked it,leaving several patrons to go else where for business.
