Subaru Ascent
At first I thought the price for front brake pads was to high. Almost double compared to the ones I got at Advance Auto. They were the only Parts Store in town (PCB) that had the brake pads on a Sunday. So I purchased them. O’Reillys was only carrying top tier brake pad. I can’t fault them for that. I wish they had more options, but it is what it is. I should’ve changed the brake before I left for vacation. I was in a rush to get going. Very impressed with this store. I called ahead of time and Charles said that the brakes will be here for me when I get there. While checking out, the service was great. I was able to pull around to the side of the building and change the brake pads right there in the parking lot. It took me 30 minutes and I was back to my Airbnb. My family was relieved and our vehicle is back in working order. Thank you Connor and Charles.

I came in and they were a little slow to get to the registered. But once they did ask me what I was looking for and it was an od ball item and they knew exactly where it was.

There employees dont know what the heck they're talking about had to return what i bought because they said " you should be good with these universal ones" but NO i wasnt my car had different ones for it for my car!!!

Woke up to a dead battery. Called O'Reilly to see if they had one compatable to my make/model. They did!. After getting a jump start I drove over and they already had my info in their system and were prepared for my visit. Installed new battery and I was on my way. Excellent customer service.

There was a worker there name of Matthew who turned my upside down morning to a great after noon. My alternator went out and he was able to help me get the right one and my luck they had it in stock. I went back to the store to return my old alternator and told him my jeep was fixed because of him. He was very great today with his customer service and very kind. Thank you Matthew everything you did today. You made my day a lot better.
