I've been banking with NFCU for 15 years and never had a problem until recently. I have 75% equity in my home, 766 credit rating, never in 15 years been late on a mortgage or credit card payment BUT when I tried to close my escrow account, which I voluntarily opened, because they miscalculated causing a shortfall, which I paid; so I can keep the money in my account to earn interest; they refused! Basically, their strong-arming into keeping the escrow account open so they have a year to use my money to make money. They've not been able to give me ANY legitimate reason! Hired an attorney.

my wife and I had the pleasure to work Anna Shaw at the Naval Support Activity Panama City. She is dedicated and highly knowledgeable with extraordinary customer service skills! She provided concise and thorough explanations to all of our questions. I highly recommend her for promotion and management positions.

I appreciate each teller at this branch. They are kind; informative; and helpful. Even throughout the pandemic, these ladies are always sure to greet me upon entry, and as I leave. Best NFCU I’ve ever seen.

Stop giving this bank low stars because you weren't responsible enough to understand its on an military installation. I have been going to this Navy Federal since 2001. Best Navy Federal I have ever been to.

The picture is not the location. My Dad was a Vet, he had an account here, I have an account as well but we dont have direct access to the branch. You go into the Visitor Center, use their phone to call down to the actual bank, speak with someone, tell them what you want, then wait till someone physically drives up to the center to service you. Such an inconvience. The customer service when you call into the #800 is superb. There are plenty of empty spaces for a branch outside the base, they should consider all the members.

Staff is courteous and helpful when they get out to the gate. It’s a 50-50 chance due to being short handed or too busy. Avoid the hassle if you don’t have gate access.

It took me 2 days to get to the ATM because its on the base. They tried to tell me they are not part of the co-op I spent 2 hours on phone to find out that they are, when the lady came to get me and take me to ATM she was very rude!!!
