“Finally somebody who will pick up the darn phone when you need them. I wanted someone who was not out of touch at 5:01 pm and weekends. Every single time I need something explained etc they got right back to me. I'm old school and I want old school service and I want it when I need it. These people know buying a home is not a 9-5 endeavor. Service is a lost art, if you want to find where it still exists call these people. They have this down to an art. All my fears and worries....gone. They know their stuff and they don't give you a song and a dance, they shoot straight. Use them first or you will have to use them later when your corporate zombies mess up your loan and your deal is about to fall through or the rate lock is about to expire. Service, that's where it's at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
