Excellent customer service from Shawn and Courtney they were very nice and very helpful I'd definitely recommend anyone to check them out if you need to switch networks or whatever else.

Outrageous customer service!! Courtney was intrusive and argumentative while i was talking to another associate, then gave me a fictitious price (over $120 to connect my own phone) then told me if I bought ear buds, it would drop my cost to $90 and the "system" had been doing it all day so trust her.It didn't seem right so I called customer service once I arrived home and was told me that I was overcharged to connect the phone and to return the ear buds for a refund, which I did with a fight (yes I have the receipts). I can only imagine how many others this has been done to. Horrible, despicable behavior!!

I hate going in to metro stores. They never explain the charges or show you itemized lists of charges until after you pay and they hand you a receipt. I'm pretty sure their practices are illegal and I hope the SEC and DOJ investigate them.

Shara from the Panama City Beach rocks it! She was one of the most pleasant and helpful young ladies I've encountered. She took extra time to help me with a few things that were very frustrating and time consuming, and went out of her way to make sure purchase would be within my financial reach to make it happen. I was very pleased with my experience and relieved to know Shara is there for customer support, as well as co workers, Great teamwork alsol! Good job Metro ?

Be careful when buying a phone. I am too trusting cause when price doubled after purchase, I asked to cancel order. They said it was to late they already ran my card. I asked to have amount put in an account for futher bills. Guess they just work for commissions. I was 0ut of Luck. I've been in other MetroPCS offices, and they were beyond helpful. These workers are shady.

I had gone in about a month ago to get my phone reactivated. I didn't realize how easy it really was going to be. The female worker there was very friendly and extremely quick on helping me get my phone back.

I don't remember both of their names, but I remember Teava was one of them. They were both very nice and helped my boyfriend and I out a lot. They were very informative and did they're best to get us the best deal possible. Excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend :)
