Awesome staff! Great people! Always ready to help! If you're looking for storage in Panama City Beach, I'd definitely recommend them. I live in an apartment so extra space is always needed.I can confidently say that they offer top-notch storage for anyone in need of extra space.

I'm not a customer but feel the obligation of writing a review due to the fact that I refer a lot of business to this place because they have different product than mine; and for years fellow competitors in the areas refer business to each other. I walked into the office, after a Hispanic friend of mine raised concerns regarding discrimination and feeling being taken advantage of, and truly; she's not far off. Susan was very rude and condescending. This lady has no customer service skills nor education since is not even capable of replying to a greeting. I will no longer refer anyone to this place, and for those of you that I've sent to this place; I sincerely apologize.

Terrible experience! Our unit #86 was broken into and $14k of possessions were stolen. No security cameras, no concern of the owners, faulty locks, no insurance coverage for my possessions. The police report reflected the faulty door. I asked for the owner to contact me...he did NOT.Beware of storing anything of value. Probably an inside job!
