This is a beautiful store to shop in. Dillard’s has the kindest most helpful sales folks I have ever encountered. Right up there with Tiffany’s. Belinda, in ladies dresses is amazing. Trey in Ralph Lauren menswear is very helpful. Great store. Lovely people that actually help you find something that is always beautiful.

Worst costumer service ever. First the lady tending the counter was more interested in chatting with an old flame of hers than giving me attention. After a 10 minute wait I got service and got my products which I buy frequently. Following it took her over 20 minutes to check me out while calling my bank to corroborate my check for 40 Dollars was OK. I asked if this was a Mack cosmetics policy to which she replied it was a Dillard's policy. A big and fat lie on her part, since I went and bought more items at the Dillard's lingerie Dept and had no problems whatsoever paying with a check. I always shop at Dillard's and never had a bad experience .Dillard's do yourself a favor and dissociated any relationship with Mack cosmetics is bad for business when the pathetic customer service at Mack cosmetic counter blames Dillard's for the ineptitude of their employees and or the customer policies supported by Mack towards their customers. I will never again purchase anything from them .

I bought 5 bathing suits and a cover up 2 days ago. Now everything is on sale and they will not price match nor can I return the items that I haven’t worn and repurchase them. This is not good customer service. I’ve never heard of a place that didn’t price match within a certain amount of days of purchase. When I expressed my aggravation loudly there were several ladies who put up all of their merchandise and walked out. This is not how you treat your customers.

Went into this Mac store knowing exactly what I wanted, but when I realized how expensive it was, I told the cashier that I would wait to buy the products. Apparently that made her unhappy because then she and two customers of hers (who seem like regulars) laughed in my face because I didn't have enough money... they are complete bullies at this Mac store. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Seriously, you're better off buying online or at another mac location
