Technician did a good job on cuticles, but that’s where it ended. She applied the polish so thick that when I got in my car the polish started sliding down my nail like melting wax.
Cleanliness: After the manicurist finished with me she took her box of implements and went to the pedicure chair to give someone else manicure WITHOUT sanitizing her implements!!

Finished setting up my google account just to leave this review. I knew when I called, this was the place to go as Danny answered the phone and had the best personality and was so humorous. This was our first ever time in PCB. He told me the wait would not be long and it was not! I had read other reviews of other salons in the area not including a massage, but Lovely Nails did do a massage, even with regular pedicure. We literally picked our paint and had a space ready for myself and two daughters in the pedicure chairs. I was in luck as my younger daughter and myself had Danny as our nail tech as well! My oldest daughter received a gel nail regular pedicure and gel nail regular manicure. I did a regular pedicure with regular polish. My youngest daughter did regular polish on toes. The total for all services received was $150. When we venture back to PCB, Lovely Nails will always be on the agenda, thanks to Danny!

Just a fair warning. Went in to get my eye brows waxed. Expected $15. She asked if I wanted her to remove a few unwanted hairs on my cheek. Ended up paying $50. Use caution.

I just got my pedicure here. I kept telling the girl that barely spoke English that there was a puddle of paint on my toe to please fix it. She kept putting more polish on it. Then she kept filing over cured polish it trying to fix it. It would've been much better if it had been completely removed but she would not listen. I have paint on my cuticles too. Also I ask for a lilac color I think is 727 and got the light pink next to it. This is the 2nd time I've had the wrong color they put on my nails and had to ask for right color. I called the owner and got no where. He said she was the best one they had and if I didn't like the job don't come back. ?He wouldn't even look at them.
I ask about the price before I started, was told $50 after going to counter to pay it's $55???
If the girl can't even understand what's being ask etc then how do you expect the job to be done right? I had to ask 3 times for a price list. No one wants to complain but it seems the owner doesn't care. It's more about getting the money.

A very small selection of nail polish unless you want gel.I did find a colour but I won't be back. They use the same files on each and every customer. I can't bear that. They are nice, friendly people but hygiene is not high on their list of priorities with regards to overused and covered in other people's skin and nail files. It's just too much.

Best nail place in Bay County. I started going there in 2011, and have never once had an issue. Staff are talented, friendly, funny, and the entire salon is super clean. I won't go anywhere else!

This place took advantage of my daughters by giving them one price and then upcharging $25 at the end for adding flowers to their nails, without telling them the price. They also refused to honor the requests they made regarding a shorter length and just flat out told them no. The girls spent their own money for a special birthday treat and it cost them almost $200! It was almost double what they were initially told. I called and spoke to the manager and he was extremely rude, dismissive and said "they should have asked the price." I said, you should have told them the price BEFORE doing it and he just told me, well, have a good day. My 12 yr old and teenage daughters were taken advantage of and disrespected and had their requests disregarded. What was supposed to be a special day was ruined by the horrible experience at this salon. We live locally but will not return and we definitely don't recommend! They don't give a care about their clients and it's obvious in the way they behave.

The location at PCB Pkwy & Nautilus is great! I love this place. They take their time do a thorough and good job. Highly recommend for a really good pedicure Do Not go to the location at PCB Pkwy & Richard Jackson Blvd in the strip with Publix. I've given that location two tries and am very unhappy with both, separate occasions - once for a pedi & once for a manicure. The polish on each was like a child did the painting.
