Return policy is ridiculous...just simply not enough time for people with busy schedules...and the fact that your store is closed sometimes before the already ridiculous time of 8:00 pm. Most others in Pier Park are open until 9:00. Staff could use some customer service seminars and be instructed to keep the gossip down. Loved buying jeans there...have bought 8 pairs to be exact....and various other items for gifts. Using the online store now, no problems with them and they are very friendly when I've called with questions. Very cute store with alot more potential...just needs some minor adjustments and better staffing. Good luck, I always stand behind small businesses, but they have to also show up for it and treat me as a value too. This is still a small town and your girls need to be very careful with the chat..I actually knew who they were gossiping about. Just a friendly suggestion.

What a great shop! I took my wife there for a Mother’s Day shopping excursion and they had such a great variety of clothes to choose from. Kristina and Fate provided wonderful customer service and were very attentive even though the shop was very busy. We will be back.

After looking at the website , I wanted to go in the store and look at a few things in person and purchase . The ladies working there didn’t acknowledge me, in anyway shape or form. I did not feel comfortable, asking them for help. I left and will never go back .

I recently stopped by this boutique and had a great experience. Selection of clothing was good, staff was also kind. Found a beautiful dress and clutch.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews about customer service being bad. It’s ok if you didn’t get greeted when you walked in. Target never greets their guests and no one is crying about it.
We should be glad we have boutiques like this and support them instead of big chain stores.

15 day return policy! THATS wild.
I totally could understand 30 days, like almost everyone else, but 15 days! I have a very busy schedule, so I just drove to pier park for literally nothing. 45 min away mind you.
I wanted to return a dress I bought, because after I purchased it I ended up finding a different one . So it is BRAND new, never worn, with the tags, receipt, bag ! Literally still wrapped in the paper . They couldn’t even give me store credit . NOTHING .
There is $70 down the drain.

I love their selection of clothing. I’m in between sizes from weight loss and was super excited to find cute clothing that fit perfect. The prices are on point and selection was great! The staff were nice and helpful.

Love love love this store. The one in McDonough has more, but this smaller store has some cute items. They are definitely on the high side in the tourist area.

Awesome place with great prices, an excellent little boutique shop to stop in and get the girls a nice little gift or present. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the selection is just great. A+++

I hate that I had the experience that I did in this store, as I own a business of my own and never enjoy writing a bad review of another. Not only was the store very cluttered and unorganized, the way my feet looked after trying on a few items in the dressing rooms was disgusting. I wish I could say something nice about this store... but it just seems like they are very disorganized and fast-fashion. One of the pieces I went to try on had a zipper on the back (a skirt), and it got stuck in 4 different places before finally going through. If the prices reflected the quality, I would have no problem paying them. Unfortunately, after I tried them on, it seemed that there was no quality to begin with. I probably will not visit the store again as I only come to the area a few times a year, rarely more, and have already been disappointed once. I hate having to do this, but I do hope I help someone else through my review. ?Edit to add: I am not sure why you’re addressing multiple customers in your response to my review, but I did try to keep it respectful. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience the environment I did and that is why I wrote my review. I encourage you to look deeper into your staff when you go through the hiring process because not only will your attitude, but your employees‘ attitudes will not help your business succeed. I am sorry if I upset you with my review, but you may want to question why there are so many bad reviews on your store and make a few changes so that your business will thrive. Have a nice night!

Very cute and clean store. Always has the current trends and very friendly employees. Shop small businesses with local owners over big chain stores. ? Get your outfit, shoes and accessories in the same place!!
