We have been working with this distributor and Goodman Manufacturing for 6 weeks now to replace my 1 year old Goodman compressor that failed. I was first told it was under warranty but they could not find the unit anywhere because they had changed the seer rating and my unit was obsolete. Then after weeks of them looking for a unit they could not find one anywhere in the 400 stores they are affiliated with they told me to reach out to goodman and that Goodman would upgrade me to the new seer rating which required the inside air handler to be replaced as well. Which Goodman Agreed to do and I was suppose to get that installed two weeks ago. But on the day we were suppose to go get the new units Johnstone called and said they had now found a unit like I had somewhere "up north" and it shipped out on Thursday two weeks ago. Now they cant give me any tracking information they have not gotten and mean while I sit here 6 weeks without air in Florida. Really at this point I am considering hiring an attorney!! Stay clear they might look good at first but their follow through is ridiculous. Most Johnstone stores are independently owned as this one is the person that owns this one owns at least the one in Dothan AL so I would steer clear of both of these stores.

Well first off I have to say these guys are awesome, they are hard working honest and the most downto earth "real" people. They don't front to get you to spend money they tell you complete honesty "yeah even if that does mean that a jug of 410A has gone up to skyrocketing prices unfortunately" they at least make an effort to help as well as the humor to keep most the money stress down. These guys are doing their absolute best in a time that LITERALLY NO ONE WANTS TO WORK, HINTS THE TRICKLE DOWN EFFECT AND THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF PRODUCT! (On that note gotta give a quick shot out to our POTUS, EVERYONE GIVE MR. BIDEN A GREAT BIG HAND ✋??For running the county into the dirt. M'FER)opps that was a slip of the finger. But thank you Ducky and crew you guys don't know how much you've helped us love you guys. (Dano's daughter Misfit?)
