“My review is a little late, but i definitely wanted to acknowledge the help I received from Christie at this store.
I dropped off a chain bracelet to the store to be repaired. It was sent off to be fixed. Upon returning to the store (a week or so later) to collect the piece, and as I walked out I noticed the work that was completed was sub par and the piece just didn't look the same.
I walked back into the store and explained my concerns to Christie, and right away she took ownership of my concerns and managed to find a replacement of the same piece in store and replaced it for a brand new bracelet for me.
This was something that I wasn't expecting, but she went above and beyond to restore my disappointment from the repair work completed. So I walked out of the store with a replacement in perfect condition, and very high respect for not only Christie but also Zales as a company, as they put their customers first!”
