I would say the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life but that would require me to actually have received customer service. Walk up to the counter, cashier says nothing. Hand her my items. Nothing. Rings them up, I have to guess my own total. Doesn’t say my change or anything. Hands me my bag, guess what? Nothing! Just the same scowl she had before. I understand working in a busy tourist area might be annoying and stressful but come on. Just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you have to make me feel guilty about coming into your store making you do your job. Save your time and don’t go here, especially if you might have to interact with her.

Was charged for 2 different bracelets while they were advertised as a set. Be careful here. Feels scammy.

Typical souvenir store, not bad, you cannot expect quality from this store, and honestly all similar stores.I don't have any problem with this, but, if I were the store manager or the owner, I would hire or teach the store clerks and cashiers to be more enthusiastic and respectful to all type of people, especially for a tourist attractive area that may turn to an international attraction spot like Miami.

Store is super cute but the sales associate at Panama City Pier Park location was absolutely the rudest person. Never spoke to anyone in store including when we checked out. Never said thank you nothing upon completely our purchases and there were several of us that purchased stuff.

Night 2 of stopping by here, same customer service. No greeting or no can I help you or no y’all come again. Worker sat at register with her ear buds in and on cellphone entire time.
