The woman that greets you at the front desk is unprofessional and unfriendly. She shouldn't be greeting your Guests. I've read your reviews and others stated the same. It's time you do something about her. Give her a non Customer service role .

Staff has been amazing!! Friendly all the way around. Guy named Mo that helps with the breakfast is super nice and helpful! Only drawback I can see is parking garage is across the street but not a huge deal at all. Great experience!
