“It's old and outdated, but well worth the $. On the beach with great amenities. Great water pressure in the shower, but that shower curtain won't leave you alone and sticks to you after it's wet. That was annoying, but I'd come back for the price. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.”

“For the price we thought it would be an OK room. We were very surprised to find a very spacious very clean room with almost all of the amenities of home. If it was closer to beach access this would be our new vacation spot. I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here!

Rooms: Incredible, clean, spacious, comfortable.”

“Great location and nice rooms. Definitely needs new pillows and the mattress will be soon. Fyi, you will wait for elevators. There are only three for the entire building, so we waited over 5 minutes a few times. I would highly recommend staying away from the food. It is hard to fathom what events must have occurred in the kitchen for buttered pasta and a Cesar salad to be inedible. Salad was drenched in a puddle of dressing, and took 30 minutes when no one else was seated eating. Pasta was extremely over cooked. And FYI, service at the bar is about a 7 minute wait. Friendly staff, but they need more desperately. Pool is nice, but tons of kids! Pool rules say no coolers or outside beverages, but no one is watching. And yes, parking is $20 a day. Would be nice if the paid parking had cameras or an attendant as it is completely open for anyone to get into. Enjoy!!

Noteworthy details: Not quiet and not romantic”

“Fun little old-school motel in PCB. All rooms look out on the Gulf, and everything is tidy. My room has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker plus two comfortable beds. It's still off-season, so I can't weigh in on the pool yet (may get to try before I leave), but there's a nice piece of beach out there, and the location is terrific. Nice staff too. Whole vibe is more or less mid-century modern with decor to match. I'm digging it.”

“We didn't stay here, we rented a pontoon boat and had a great time. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and Shell Island was amazing as usual. We will be back.”

“Rooms need updating. The door in the bathroom looked like it was broken in. The pool was very nice. Breakfast looked good but was ravaged by 8 am. If not up by 730, go to Hardee's or BK.”

“This was our second stay at the Wisteria Inn. Because they are pet friendly, we brought our dog and we had a wonderful time. Bronwyn is wonderful and always a joy to talk to. The place is only a block from the beach and my wife was able to go out and have coffee on the beach every morning. It’s a bit of an old Florida vibe and quaint which is truly lovely compared to most of what’s available on Panama City Beach. It is a lovely and quiet place. Can’t recommend it highly enough. We’ll be back!”

“This was our 3rd trip to Panama City Beach and our 2nd time staying at Aqua (503). We're already planning our next trip. Great location, great beach, great pools, and a very nice unit. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend walking across the street to Shuckums and Diego's. Excellent food! It's a short walk to Pier Park and all of the shops.”

“Went and saw the Gulf Coast Jam 4 day concerts, a must if you get the opportunity. Although there will be 30k+ people present. But it's well worth it. It is highly secure with law enforcement. I got to see Jelly Roll, among other artists, perform this yr. The work and time they put into sitting this up is beyond amazing. The only downfall is once the show is over for the night is the ungodly traffic! It's most definitely a must go again in the future”

“Nice place. The view was great on the 13th floor. The wait for an elevator was terrible.Nearby activities: Pier Park. Fly wheel. Kids activities.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants. Good food, however, bring your wallet.”

“We had to evacuate from pinellas county due to hurricane Milton on very short notice. Sleep inn not only was able to accommodate our large party plus animals they were so kind during check in process. Beds are very comfy, showers have fabulous water pressure and temperature, and plenty options available for things you may have forgotten to pack in a rush. Sleep inn took a stressful situation and made it very smooth. Manager Pamela was simply the best and meeting her in person just put my mind at ease that we made the right choice. Thank you all very much!”

“I’ve been visiting Edgewater since the leaflet 90’s. The resort never disappoints!

Rooms: We love the Villa side and our favorite Villa is 907❤️ overlooking the golf course and lagoon pool.

Walkability: The resort is within walking distance of several restaurants, nail spa, beauty shop, convenience store and souvenir shops.

Food and drinks: You can dine at Ocean’s the beachside restaurant on the resort property.”

“Nearby activities: This resort is very close to Panama City beach access, and St. Andrew's state park. They actually have the their own private beach on Lower Grand Lagoon.”

“Reminds me of an abandoned resort from American Horror Story but I love it. The staff was polite and helpful. Theres a CBD shop, liquor store, coffee shop right next to it. $2 Blue Moon cold. PARADISE!! Beautiful beach across the street. If you like eccentric type places then I highly recommend Banana Peel.”

“I stay at LaQuinta alot when I come to PCB and any By the Sea Resort whenever I am away at business and I had a great stay thanks to the kind and caring helpful staff! I was waiting for someone at the front desk and was approached by a lovely girl who said her name was Jamie and she was new, but she still went out of her way and fulfilled all my requests. She said she was housekeeping and I always appreciate how clean the rooms and bathrooms are here so good job on the new hire! I like to use a lot of towels and the staff is more than happy to take care of that. Great continental breakfast on the weekends. Great dog walk area! Great pool! Keep it up! I will return!!”

“Location is great right beachfront. Staff was very accommodating when we requested fresh towels and a broom to clean up our room a bit (lots of sand ?) The views were amazing. They have two pools one in the courtyard and another at the tower and a hot tub. Limited parking at the front of the building but PLENTY of parking across the street. I also saw quite a few security guys walking the parking lot several times to ensure safety. Our room was pretty far down into the establishment but they did have luggage carts to assist with bring things in. Our room was clean, they only complaint I would have is that the back room of 109 was pretty warm. The hotel did provide a fan to help with the ac getting into that room but it was just so hot it didn't quite cool it down enough. We made it work though and there was enough room to bring the mattress from that room into the front room so the kids were cooled down, and we used the back room for our luggage, the bathroom and kitchen area is pretty small, but again we made it work. This was just an added 2 days onto our initial vacation and a pit stop. We had a blast in the area as well.

Rooms: Front room was great, kitchen and bathroom were small, back room was to hot

Nearby activities: Gulf world, plenty of shops and food.

Safety: Security guys walking the grounds and parking lots

Walkability: Lots to do within walking distance.

Noteworthy details: Staff is very friendly and accommodating”
