“This hotel was a very nice place to stay, with a cozy, homey feel. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They offered free breakfast every morning, and the rooms came with a kitchen and full-size fridge. A cooktop stove was also available upon request, which was especially convenient for my longer stay. I also appreciated that the TVs had Netflix.
The location is close to many stores and only about 7 minutes from the beach, restaurants, and Publix/Walmart. The beach town was more “touristy” than I expected — I was hoping for something a bit more quaint — but it was still a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall.”
“Great hotel right on the beautiful Panama City Beach. Room was clean with great views, breakfast included. Stayed with my family of 5. Wondering staff and stunning views. Great pool and amenities. Only complaint was slow elevators but we stayed on the 5th floor so took the stairs often.”

“Location was excellent, pool was great, easy access to the beach.
The mattress was an older inner spring and was a little unconformable. The worst part was the AC - it was unable to be set below 67, never actually achieved 67, and would randomly turn itself off.”
“Fun little old-school motel in PCB. All rooms look out on the Gulf, and everything is tidy. My room has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker plus two comfortable beds. It's still off-season, so I can't weigh in on the pool yet (may get to try before I leave), but there's a nice piece of beach out there, and the location is terrific. Nice staff too. Whole vibe is more or less mid-century modern with decor to match. I'm digging it.”
“This was our 3rd trip to Panama City Beach and our 2nd time staying at Aqua (503). We're already planning our next trip. Great location, great beach, great pools, and a very nice unit. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend walking across the street to Shuckums and Diego's. Excellent food! It's a short walk to Pier Park and all of the shops.”
“Staying here a week for softball World Series. The hotel is nice, except for the carpet in the elevators and rooms. They are disgusting. And it smells like a wet dog everywhere, especially in the lobby and elevators. And the breakfast options are not good. Rooms and beds are fine.”

Rooms: We love the Villa side and our favorite Villa is 907❤️ overlooking the golf course and lagoon pool.
Walkability: The resort is within walking distance of several restaurants, nail spa, beauty shop, convenience store and souvenir shops.
Food and drinks: You can dine at Ocean’s the beachside restaurant on the resort property.”

“Sooo I've now read in the reviews there was a problem with the ac filters being disgusting. You would think that would have alerted management there was an issue. BUUUTTT NOOO... both of the ac filters in our room were filthy. Not just a light dusting but it was so thick it wanted to roll off as I pulled the filter upward.I cleaned them in the bathtub. I have a photo if management needs to see it.
The front staff lady was kind and pleasant but your cleaning staff is lazy.”
“We had to evacuate from pinellas county due to hurricane Milton on very short notice. Sleep inn not only was able to accommodate our large party plus animals they were so kind during check in process. Beds are very comfy, showers have fabulous water pressure and temperature, and plenty options available for things you may have forgotten to pack in a rush. Sleep inn took a stressful situation and made it very smooth. Manager Pamela was simply the best and meeting her in person just put my mind at ease that we made the right choice. Thank you all very much!”

“Reminds me of an abandoned resort from American Horror Story but I love it. The staff was polite and helpful. Theres a CBD shop, liquor store, coffee shop right next to it. $2 Blue Moon cold. PARADISE!! Beautiful beach across the street. If you like eccentric type places then I highly recommend Banana Peel.”

“We got to spend 2 amazing days at sea haven. Our family with 3 kids and 4 adults fit comfortably in the ground level beachfront rooms at sea haven. The location was bliss. Right on the beach we had a really amazing time. The kids couldn't have been happier.
It's a budget friendly place with ability to eaccept pets and large groups.
