Phone always busy and no return calls. E mails if the code allows, also unanswered. With them no longer accepting UHC Medicare Advantage, I have to move on! Doctors are great but need to re-evaluate their business model.

Be cautious with the surprise billing in this office..I chose a np in this office as my pcp which was on my UHC copay select plan as 25.00 copay..,had an appointment paid my 25.00 copay at my visit and 3 days later I get a text saying my bill is ready..I was billed an additional 30.00 under a physician I did not see on my visit and was told they bill all the nurse practitioners under one dr which is a 55.00 copay. I feel if they are billing your visit under one certain physician and the copay will be different than what they originally collected that should have been disclosed to me BEFORE they collected my 25.00 copay!!! Myself and UHC has tried to reach this office abut the surprise billing but no response except I owe the additional fee. Word of mouth goes a long way when asked my opinion for a local physician!!!! No one likes surprise billing when it cost absolutely nothing to be transparent if the billing will be different than what they collect for your copay in their office!!!

Healthpoint has been my go to medical place for a very long time. They are professional and courteous. My experiences with them have only been positive. they have many people to serve you, if one is out. Great professional people. My husband also uses Healthpoint for his medical purposes as well. Very satisfied.

We moved here in September and established primary care here. My husband was told he needed to see a specialist and they still can’t get the referral to the specialist after 5 months so he gave up. I have been trying to get an answer to a question about medication for almost 2 weeks and nobody will call us back.

Absolutely horrible experience by a group that cannot draw their own blood. Instead they charge you $116 to goto a third party.

Just got turned away when I wanted to pay cash when I am a patient for over a year, having insurance issues, and just denied care during an emergency situation, per their own policy. Doctor Oath means absolutely nothing anymore. They are just here to collect a check. No one cares anymore.

Sadly, there aren’t many options for primary care Drs in this area! My FIL came and saw Ronda Toole and had multiple symptoms! She didn’t test him for ANYTHING! And considering Flu and Covid is going around this area! He was prescribed some meds for what I’m not sure. And since he wasn’t tested and the wrong meds prescribed, he ended up in the ER for flu and pneumonia! I work in the medical field and my patients are always asking me where to go around here for a PCP. I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE ANYMORE! I know Ronda is not a Dr but as a Nurse Practitioner with over 24yrs of experience….she should’ve known better!

Dr. Harris is an amazing primary care doctor. However, his front desk ALWAYS has the phone ringers off! No one ever answers the phones and it is extremely aggravating!

Been going to Healthpoint a couple years now. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to everyone in the back. I am always called back at my appointment time and haven't had to wait an hour past time like some places

I have been a patient of Mallory Sullivan for almost a year now. From the front door to the back door, nothing but caring personnel. Mallory is wonderful in listening and knowledgeable about what my symptoms are. It took me 30+ years to find a good doctor. Never have a bad experience. I go once a month.
