Phone always busy and no return calls. E mails if the code allows, also unanswered. With them no longer accepting UHC Medicare Advantage, I have to move on! Doctors are great but need to re-evaluate their business model.

Healthpoint has been my go to medical place for a very long time. They are professional and courteous. My experiences with them have only been positive. they have many people to serve you, if one is out. Great professional people. My husband also uses Healthpoint for his medical purposes as well.
