These people cashed a check drawn on an account at their institution and charged me $9 without so much as letting me know. Use a bank that honors their financial instruments. Have a nice day and go elsewhere.

Hancock (PCB branch) is the best bank we have ever used. I have other accounts somewhere else (Wells Fargo and Tyndall Fed CU) but I prefer to go to Hancock because they have the best customer service. Everyone who works there are very friendly, nice, helpful and accommodating all the time. I have been with this bank for so many years and I am always pleased with the great service.

Being multiple business owners, my wife and I have have used Hancock Whitney Bank on the beach for many years. Their tellers are very personable and have become friends over the years. The management and support staff always have a smile and a friendly greeting waiting for you. It sounds corny when you read the words. But, the fact is, sometimes I just want to go into the bank just to say hey!

These are the rudest most manipulative people on the planet. They don't even put a direct number online so you can reach them instead you get a random rude lady from the head bank who condescends you and treats you like you're bothering her. Then when yo finally get in touch with the real bank you get a lady named patty who interrupts you every time you talk and is very rude. She cuts you off and is very condescending and really should get another job if she hates hers so much. This is no way to treat a guest and she needs to be fired. Both of them. I switched to regions recently and they are amazing and for whatever reason my work still hasn't fixed my direct deposit or I would have nothing to do with Hancock Whitney. They are the worst bank ever. They purposely make your account go negative even though you have money going into it. They put it on hold so you have to end up paying a late fee and then they refuse to fix what they messed up. Never use this bank they will take all of your money.
