Dr Fountain has been a big part of our lives for close to 25yrs now. She's always been there for us and our herd of cats, through the good times and the bad. My wife and I wish her all the best in this next chapter of life, and will be forever grateful for everything she's done for us and our furry family over the years. ❤️

First off, this is the best place to take your fur baby.
We have been going to Dr. Fountain for 12 years and wouldn’t go anyplace else.
The staff is so helpful and Dr. Fountain cares so much with her patients.
We were just informed that Dr. Fountain has decided to retire. She sold the business to another Vet. She will continue to work part time, as she is retiring (somewhat).
We wish her well and thank you for all your help with JT. You will be missed.

We came in seeking help for a dog that we found and we were just seeking information. They gave two word answers and were so insensitive. I could not believe how rude they were. I called another vet later and they were more kind and considerate and gave us helpful information without being rude and crass.

The staff was very rude and blunt and tried to rush and hush us out of the vet when we brought an injured dog into the clinic. Very disappointed in the service.

They refuse to see medical emergencies (my cat not eating for a week) because they’ve never seen him before. I pass this hospital all the time and never see a car outside. It is always empty. What animal HOSPITAL that never has people in it turns away sick animals? I told them I can send them my old records. Front desk lady was so rude I couldn’t believe they would have someone working there like this. What hospital rejects a sick animal? Sick.

I love Dr. Fountain at Gulf Winds Animal Hospital. She always takes her time. Answers all of my questions. Never makes me feel rushed.She is available for emergency calls and advises over the phone to try to avoid emergency visits if they can wait til the next day but its always my decision if I still want to be seen that night.Sweet staff. My dog had surgery and I was having trouble changing her bandages and she let me bring her for the day so they could watch her while I worked and charged me like $25. I just really can't say enough about how much I love my vet!My other dog has seizures and I wasn't even there for him on one of my visits and she still spoke with me about him. She is AMAZING!

All staff at Gulf Winds Animal Hospital is amazing, my cat Charlotte loves to go there, Dr. Vicky is very professional and technician girls are very friendly. I'm always calm because I know that my cat is in good hands.
