This place is a scam and takes advantage of tourists. There’s is nothing you can do. They are 5 mins from Walmart in the next county and the police won’t do anything. I believe the workers have autism cause there brains don’t work correctly. Towed my car illegally.. They drive around looking for out of town plates and tow them. Point blank.
The cash only thing is surely a sign of tax evasion. $200 for my car that they had for 30 mins is outlandish. $200 to me is chump change I make that in 3 hours but maybe it feeds there family for the week.
There lot looks like a scrap yard and surely out of all the money they make scamming people they could do some work too it. But I’m sure the owner and workers use it for other illegal things like drugs.
This place is a scam. A legal scam that beats around the bush of the law. They messed up my car and will be seeing my name again without a doubt.

Although they wound up not towing an illegally parked car on my property (owner agreed to move it and not park there again), these guys were prompt and courteous to both me and car owner.

These guys are downright crooks and should be in jail! Never use Whites Towing unless you want your vehicle damaged and have to deal with the rudest people on earth. And don’t forget…CASH ONLY! (I really think the IRS & Florida Department of Revenue need to investigate and take a look at their records because we all know that a “Cash Only” business like this is fudging the books in order to cheat on their taxes).

My sister's car was towed, which was warranted because she parked in a no parking zone, however; I am extremely disgusted at how this "cash only" policy puts people in danger. My 19 year old sister and her two friends had to walk around a sketchy neighborhood at 1AM to try and find at ATM. Thankfully I was able to pick them up and handle the situation but it makes me concerned for others, especially young women, who do not have family on vacation with them. When I asked the man why he does not have an ATM or cashapp, paypal, etc. he was extremely rude and berated me for being concerned about people's safety. I can see from my experience and the numerous negative reviews that this "business" definitely needs to be investigated and probably shut down.

Poor very poor service ,have been waiting for hours to pick up my truck and nobody answering the phone ,good luck if anybody get towed by them .Horrible service horribleYou can’t expect lowest than this .Have been sitting and waiting in the parking lot finally got hold of somebody and this lady hung up the phone right on my face .Oh goshHow these people are in business to just rip them off and give poor service

Towed my car which yes I was parked illegally but every lot around is completely empty. I am sure they just drive around waiting for someone to park in the off season so they can make money. Then demanded cash only! Closed at 5:00. If I would have arrived any later I would paid more and wouldn’t have gotten my car back until the next day. Just preying on tourist to make money.

3 minutes agoNEWThis towing business was called by a separate business to tow my car. I respect them providing this service and doing their job. I went in to pay for the service and retrieve my car. Jenny (I think that was her name) was very polite but when I walked in, there was a man asleep on the couch in the office. When I asked about how to pay to Jenny who was at the desk, he got up and cussed me out for not reading the sign about only taking cash. AGAIN I respect the policy of only taking cash and had already paid it. He proceeded to cuss me and my wife out for having to tow us in the first place. At this point Jenny was trying to calm him down as he was approaching us. I immediately walked out with my wife so he would stop berating us in hopes to diffuse the situation. I was genuinely afraid of an altercation with this man who was more than just rude, he was also a danger to the customers. (A miserable man who is clearly unhappy with his life and his job) I’m writing this so others will be weary of dealing with this business before you walk in.

Beware! Scammers!Attempted to steal a vehicle and demanded a ransom of $150 cash. Absolutely human garbage work there.Reported this place to local authorities and IRS.

Worst experience ever. Car was towed while in walmart had my kids with me. I was parked in a regular parking spot. Then when I get a ride to the buisness. Nobody is here in the office the phone number does not work had to call another tow company just to get ahold of someone for this buisness. Rude on the phone. Sat at the office for two hours before someone showed up. This should be illegal.
