From beginning to end the buying process went smoothly with no pressures to purchase before I was ready. I especially thought they did an excellent job in giving me the time and information I needed to make a buying decision. We also dealt with a sales manager whose name was not on your list and he was excellent also. I met with him twice, when I first came to look at cars and when I came back to finalize a purchase.
