Continuous improvements, new equipment and tons of free weight. This really is the best gym in all of Panama City.

Best gym in PCB area hands down. Great owners, super clean, friendly staff, incredible selection for free weights/powerlifting/bodybuilding/functional strength even a turf field. Super cool in the gym and AC works great even in the Summer (which is not the case for many gyms down here). Couldn’t ask for more!
