Terrible customer service. Messed up both of my orders on pool loungers and pool umbrellas. Still waiting on my umbrella order placed May 21st that was supposed to ONLY take 15 - 18 business days. Did not call to inform customer of delay and mess up on quantity ordered. I had to call to follow up on my own order when the due date came for delivery and no one called. I am a local in this area and will not be back. Nor will I be referring any of my friends or family to this store. Buyer beware!

They have everything you need for your rental property. The quality of furniture and selection makes it a one-stop shop. Staff is friendly and prices are in line for the quality of furniture you need in a vacation home.

We have owned a short term rental at PCB for 10 years. We were lucky and was recommended to use furniture from Factory Direct about 7 years ago. The first furniture ( bed and couch) that we bought from another store was destroyed within 2-3 years!! We have had the best quality furniture from Factory direct since that time! Over time we have replaced nearly all of our furnishings with items from Factory direct. The stand behind their products!! We are not local and we had a renter that just made a mess of our sofa- we thought we would have to toss it- Factory direct sent someone out to professionally clean it- it was good as new!
The furniture is sturdy, well made and we could not be happier with the service and products we have received. They deliver for a very reasonable fee and remove your replacement pieces. 5 stars for sure!!!

We bought a fair amount of our furniture from here for our condo, it was fine for many years. When we went in to buy a replacement sleeper sofa, we're told they could adjust it as needed free of charge.
Purchased a new one anyway and it's been an issue from the start, it sags into the corners. They came out to adjust and it improved a little. Just called as it's saggy again, was told there's a $40 trip charge now. What a joke, never stood up for the item they sold and now want to charge to fix an issue that's existed and came back over time.
Disappointed, especially since we were told it would be free for life of sofa. "Times have changed" he said, and they have to "cover their expenses". I won't be buying anything else from them moving forward, so if they lose enough business then they won't have to worry about associated expenses...

Great customer service and follow through! We’ve bought several furniture items from Factory Direct Furniture because their furniture is durable.
We rent out our Villa about 5 months/year. We bought a living room set that included a hide-a-bed. When we returned to our Villa the bed frame was broken from renter abuse.
They replaced the bed frame, mattress and cushions for us in a timely manner. Adam was wonderful to work with and Tony and crew made sure everything was done right and did a great job.

Bought 4 bar stoles but they only had 3 in the store. Went back to get the fourth stole once they got it in. But they said they gave it to someone else..... They ended up finding the next day.

Very poor service, sales people had to be requested several times. They would answer a question, leave and go back to their cell phone. Did not offer to assist on moving other furniture so we could look at and sit in what we wanted. I have purchased here before and have always had a 5 star experience. I noticed that others in the store did not receive assistance either. I hope in the future they can turn this around because I have always enjoyed shopping here and have purchased several items. The store was not busy. The 2 sales reps on the floor were constantly on their cell phone.

My wife and I purchased many items from Factory Direct for our new house. The Manager, James, was nice enough to order a replacement for a Bird lamp for us. The original lamp developed two cracks near the base of the lamp. Thanks again for your correcting this problem.

I have a rental and in 2019, I bought a new sleeper sofa and a chair. That spring/ early summer I get a call from the guest that my new cushions are popping at the seams. They came took the cushions took so much out that they look awful. Now 2023, I'm replacing the mattress and the sofa just looks awful and have used company they suggest to clean it. I'm just trying to get one more season out of this couch, I would just think four season of use, and remember 2020 we were on lock down a few months into the season. There should be a better warranty and stand by your products. I will not recommend this place, don't waste your money!Tonya G

Kaitlyn, and her delivery guys E&K did one fantastic job! Same day delivery! E called me to tell me there was a water leak in my condo and stayed until help arrived!Service above board and beyond. Factory Direct is is terrific

Bought 2 couches for vacation rental 2 months apart. One is wonderful the others sleeper frame is rusting and rust is all over cushions. Went to store and spoke to manager who gave me a paper on cleaning and his response to me when I offered pictures was "I will look at the but what do you expect me to do about it" Will never buy from them again.
