The manager and clerk were the rudest I have ever seen ! They refused to cash in loterty 20 bucks they didn't have 20 in the drawer!! I have lived here since I was 3 and I will never ever use a express lane again I'll spend my money with nice polite happy people !!!now the district manager who they said was a women when I called star avenue ! They had a man call me to fight with me some more and to stick up for his employees bad behavior !!! Express lane you are hiring some real losers !! Shouldn't work with people !!!Connie Thomas is who called to fight and laugh at me !!

Kind of dumpy, but open early so you can get ice and they have an atm. Located right before the bridge to get to the beaches.

The manager at the West Bay store is the most rude, hateful person they could have hired. The employees hate her for the way she talks to them lnfront of customers. However she treats the customers the same way.She is nothing but C store trash.

so as most people are aware we suffered from a massive severe storm to day with numerous tornados and most of us in the area had to seek shelter as there are a lot of mobile homes in the area and people driving so we go to stores well this store decided to lock there doors and not let any one in to take shelter while there were tornados spawning there was a old lady with a child beating on the door trying to get in to take shelter scared for their life but they refused this is not the way of 850 strong this is not comunity helping each other this is people saying screw everyone else i hope you cant sleep tonight

I went into this store today looking for some gauze pads. I just had surgery and was bleeding and needed a bandage. The lady working there, named Lynn, helped me out because the store didn’t see these pads, I needed, but she told me she had a small pack in the back I could have. I had explained I just had oral surgery and needed a new bandage for my mouth. Lynn was very sweet and helped me. She didn’t have to do that especially considering the pandemic and the fear of catching a virus. I observed her with other customers, as well, and she was very professional and friendly with each customer. Express Lane needs to consider themselves lucky they have such an employee working for them because ones like Lynn are hard to find. Seriously, if I lived in Panama City ( I am only here for oral surgery) I would hire her to work for my husbands company. Great job, Lynn!

These express lane stores are disgusting. Lazy, nasty, rude cashiers, horribly dirty bathrooms, empty cooler shelves, lack of products on the shelves, dirty coffee area and nasty sticky counters with no cups near the fountain drinks. Right across from the beach where they could have business. I guess the locals called this one right. NASTY STAY AWAY

Everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in. I went to the soda aisle...but I got turned around and found myself deep in the bowels of the basement. If I could give no stars I would. Not to the gas station but the cashier. She was talking on her phone and being rude. I walked in and smiled and she rolled her eyes at me I am very disappointed. That is no way to treat another human.Being on your phone at work is one thing but on speaker while I’m trying to talk to you.

I asked them on the phone is they carried a specific product, and the employee merely said "I'm not sure." Silence. I said "Oh well, thanks anyway." "Sure - bye." Wow. They clearly don't care if I shop there or not. They'll get paid whether I do or not.

I don't even want to give this place any stars the guy whom apparently says he owns the store got mad at us for walking on a wet floor for which he didn't have any signs up, told us we f***** it up and talked extremely rude then tried to snatch the card out of my wife's hand then told us to get out he's not selling us anything then proceeded to call my wife a slut and b****

The cashier accused me if stealing for no reason at all I was talking to my dad looking at snacks my child has allergies so I shop slow and read ingredients she runs up to me touches my arm and asks if i'm stealing I am always in there figured she was playing so jokingly said yes shocked to realize she was serious she says put the stuff back and leave please I said you seriously think I am stealing went and paid for what was in my hands and asked again do you seriously think I was stealing she said all shitty like well where you I said seriously as she is handing me back my money
