A security man was so rude to us and the chairs were ripped up there was mold on the doors the beds were super hard. They didn’t leave enough wrist bands so we couldn’t go anywhere as a family. The location was amazing though

My group of 11 stayed in the top floor corner suite of tower 2. 500+ per night. MOLD on the air vents. Saw a huge roach on our first night here. Charges for parking passes when the entire lot is half full. Charges to sit in poolside chairs. Annoying keycode beach gate. Everyone bypasses this anyway by bugging people on the other side to push the open button.
My church group has stayed here often for years and we won't be back. I heard from others Edgewater used to be a lot nicer and each year it just seems worse and worse.
I give it 2 stars only for the location.
Rooms: Mold!!! Roach!!! 500 a night!!!

This place is bad the do not have a working microwave the have 3 leaks and this is Tower 2 and room 1003 they have a bad dish washer they don't even have comfortable seating because the sofa dates back to 1950 they have holes in the wall

I’ve been visiting Edgewater since the leaflet 90’s. The resort never disappoints!
Rooms: We love the Villa side and our favorite Villa is 907❤️ overlooking the golf course and lagoon pool.
Walkability: The resort is within walking distance of several restaurants, nail spa, beauty shop, convenience store and souvenir shops.
Food and drinks: You can dine at Ocean’s the beachside restaurant on the resort property.

The unit we had in tower 3 was lovely. It was a furnished nicely townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The AC was nice and cold. The view was stupendous. Oddly there were no spoons in the kitchen 0. They did bring us more the next day. The pools are marvelous. It was too hot but there are hot tubs. The gatehouse folks were friendly. We loved the keyless entry.

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay in Panama City Beach, Florida. Both beach front and golf course across street via private pedestrian bridge. 24 hr parking lot attendant for security. Condos upgraded and well maintained and furnished. Close to everything with private in/out access and plenty of parking. Several choices for swimming pool access given multiple buildings on beach. Excellent stay, location and facilities.
