Cashier was absolutely dreadful. I scooted my items up on the conveyor belt and she said “it rolls, I don’t understand why people like to shove everything up to the front” and then she said “it’s not like it’s going to make me any faster”, to which I replied “I’m sorry that wasn’t towards you, I just thought i was being helpful” and she rolled her eyes and said “okay”. When asked if I wanted a receipt I said no, and she said “good”. Just a miserable person all around, who’s lucky I’m nicer than her and didn’t just leave my items right there at the register and walk out. I work retail and no customer should ever be spoken to like that.

Staff seemed nice. But to be in such a high profile area. You would expect that the dollar tree would at least have a nicer store. Sadly, not true when I last visited here. I hate using public restrooms and avoid them at all cost, if possible. This time. Natured called and had to answer. Toilet was barely bolted to the floor. Sink had only one side of the faucet working. I hope they get/got them fixed.

1 cashier with a line going down the isle and around the corner, boxes everywhere unpacked, so out of everything I was looking for. FINALLY another lady went to a register and acted like it was a problem to wrap glass and pack it up.

I was in the store on Friday and ms.Brenda was working alone and two other workers was there and would not open a register until she asked nicely and the line was pretty long I think that was very selfish of the others and a staff meeting is needed! Thank you ms.Brenda for being a kind soul

Overall kind of run down. Expected a lot better layout and inventory. Inside reminded me of some of the old stores in small towns, cramped, disorganized, empty shelves. Freezers were a joke with little to no product.. Being in a higher end entertainment district I was looking forward to choices, well not here.

The cashier Cindy had the worst service!!!! She said “everything can just go your way” when I asked if she needed help bagging. That was just the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and she was working around 5 o’clock July 31st!!

Visited the store two times while I was on vacation. Store was really stocked, clean and had what I needed. Cashier was super friendly. Will be back next time we are in town.
