We were at this store last Saturday, when I asked Dimitri, the cashier a question. He responded “wait till I get to you and give you permission to talk!” He also put his four fingers together with his thumb, while yelling the words!! I replied, “ sir, I don’t need your permission to speak! This is a free country! America, and I can speak whenever, and wherever I choose!” I left a survey, and an email to Dollar Tree to no avail. The Dollar Tree in Alabama near my home has great customer service, but this man was rude, and highly disrespectful ?????

This place has really went down hill since President Biden has been in charge. Now they have things for 3 dollars and five dollars, and I thought the 25%price increase was bad. This place sucks.

This chain had always been my go-to to get my secret shopaholic fix. Lol.( to the tune of 1000 of $!! That's Bible! That is until THIS location treated me so basic, I will NEVER return! The lines were long, customer service, lacking & Management: unavailable for their cashiers or customers! 1★ for the OTHER stores!

The old man cashier is THE WORST VERY RUDE !! Doesnt greet you , Doesnt tell you the total of your purchase and doesnt even hand your receipt to you he slaps it on the counter.. pisses me off every time I have to go in while he is working

Please show me a policy that Dollar Teee has where I cannot come shop at your location with a one piece bathing suit and pants on. This is the BEACH. Yall need help. Your employees are rude. Find one of the other 29453920 dollar stored in PCB and shop there. And if that is your *policy * POST IT.

Sherie was unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. She was snappy and short with customers She looked miserable. I hope Dollar Tree can pay her more or she finds another job that can at least make her smile and show a little more kindness. I'm sure she is a lovely person who hates her job or may be going through a rough time but if you work in customer service sometimes you just have to take it until you make it . I wish her wellness, a comfortable income, and joy this new year. Otherwise product wise I found what I needed. There are never enough cashier's and the line placement is janky.
