Maria at the fragrance counter was very professional, friendly, and informative. She went above and beyond on ensuring we got the fragrance we wanted. Maria informed us about the promotions happening. We also ordered more fragrance from her that will be shipped out during their summer bash. I was able to get fragrance for my husband, son, and daughter. I highly recommend Maria for any of your fragrance needs at Dillards at Pier Park. Thank you, Maria, for all your help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stopped there too look at some bedding and we had three wonderful ladies giving us all kinds of advice not trying to upsell us but just to guide us.

There was a woman with an arm brave working there in the Antonio Milani department that was very rude and bullying and even threatened her coworker. I reported it to management and was told this is a reoccurring problem. I own a business. I would never schedule people to work together that have conflict.
I would offer counsel and we would come to forgiveness and/or agreement or THEY WOULD BOTH BE LET GO.

I want to start off saying I have never had any problems of any kind at this store. I was in there yesterday just to make an exchange. As I'm walking to the Customer Service Dept I noticed the carpet in the Housewares Dept was disgusting! I mean, it was gross. I'm not even sure if it could be saved- they may just have to replace it.My first thought was shoud I say something? I didn't because I didn't know how to do it without sounding rude. Saw a tshirt I liked, it was $88. If they're getting that much for a tshirt they can afford to keep the place up.

I have had such great experiences shopping Dillards since moving to Pier Park. I also shopped their stores in Virginia and am very pleased with the selection and prices. Dee and Mickey in the homegoods section have been so helpful to me in finding things that match and accent colors, as I am not good at that. They even took a rug off display, requiring a tall ladder so that I could purchase the only one left. They are pleasant, efficient and very much appreciated. The shoe department sales ladies are very good as well and I made a trip to the office to compliment the staff in the store. The management was very appreciative.
We have a great number of discount stores here, but I have always been of the mindset that you get what you pay for. There is nothing wrong with discount stores, as I do shop them for various items. I just appreciate quality!
