Just not a good place for actually outdoors people. More for rich people who can pretend to be outdoorsy. Really lost their lost their way shortly before they stopped selling hunting weapons.

If I could give two people 5 stars alone, I would. Shout out to Michelle in the Golfing department. Also shouts out to the young lady in the bike section.
These two above and beyond. Now...moving along. I made several big purchases at this location and Im fully aware of their rewards program. I turn them down every single time.
I have my reasons. One cashier decides to badger me to join the rewards program. To the point that my "NO" personally offended him.
I brought it up to a cashier the following day, this young lady brushed me off. Didn't even offer that I speak with a Manger to simply advise the young man, to "chill out" that's it.
So I will take my future 1k purchases (I'm building a home gym) to Amazon. No contact with disgruntled employees.
Except for Michelle and the other cool person. Go when they are working I promise.

Was told they don’t ever carry NFL jerseys there. Please if you could make sure your employees are aware of their stock or that your website is up to date. Wasted time stopping by on my way to work and didn’t even get anything. The employee was very polite and reached out to me to seek if I needed assistance.

We went to buy a new Bowflex trainer and have it delivered to the house. The delivery service wasn't offered at the store so they got online to order it. Then they wouldn't take cash so we had to buy four gift cards to complete the purchase. The computer the cashier was using to place the order timed out on him twice in the process of placing the order. While the store was very clean and well laid out and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was a little disappointed in the amount of effort it took to purchase the item. Cash isn't a thing anymore?

Was looking for a women's mountain bike and someone with some knowledge to help be find the right fit. There was no one back in the bike area when i initially got there after looking around. I had to go all the way back to the front and ask someone at the check out to have someone help me with the bikes. The person who showed up had to have been around 16 or 17 years old. He had absolutely no knowledge of bikes whatsoever ever. Even simple things like how the bike is supposed to fit on someone was foreign knowledge to him. He then disappeared again after saying he was going to be in the area. After looking around for him i went back up the front and another man, who had much more knowledge helped me out. And after all that, they did not have the bike that fit me. In fact, there did not have any women's mountain bikes in a size xs. Why is it that they don't accommodate women's small sizes? Overall a waste of my time.

Its a nice store with friendly employees. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the width of the aisles. I had to use the in store scooter and could barely get it down the aisles. I had to back up and go forward several times in order to leave an aisle. There was also merchandise in a box on the aisle that made it difficult as well. I know it's a sporting goods store, but something needs to be done to make it more handicap accessible.

All the staff are very helpful and kind. They seem to work as a team and go the extra mile for their customers. I had bought the wrong kind of shoe and they helped me return and order the right pair shipped to my address super easy and quick. Only wish there was a closer location to Lynn haven area!

Absolutely will not ever be shopping at this location as long as the assistant manager Kristyn is working there. Feeling threatened to shop there because she is Cussing at customers and fellow store owners is not the way to approach a situation. She does not need to be an a management position or even be working in customer service. If this is how she is teaching her team to approach situations. I feel bad for the brand having her managing my stores.
