The young lady that waited on me at the drive thru lost my debit card. Said she put it in the bag with my meds when l got home and checked it was not in the bag. It disappeared magical

This place needs to train its entire staff to be more accommodating to customer. I walked up to the counter and the boy sitting behind it just pointed at the self checkout. News to him, I don’t work for CVS! The pharmacist seems stressed and needs more help back there. Get this place together!

I'm pissed! Went to pickup my prescription and found out the pharmacy was closed ALL DAY because the pharmacist didn't show up for work. A total waste of my time and gas.

No cashiers. You have to use a self check out. But really they should have another option. Instead of just saying we have to use this. She was really not too friendly about it and then stood over us the entire time. If you don't trust me don't make me check my self out. I don't get paid. It was the attitude that made me mad.

Giving them 2 stars because I don't know if the pharmacist are just following CVS policy. However, my husband is dying with cancer and had been in and out of the hospital . Every time the hospital writes him a prescription for pain medicine CVS refuses to fill them. I've explained that according to CDC guidelines and Florida Law cancer patients are exempt from pain medication restrictions. Evidently, they don't follow CDC guidelines or Florida laws that concern terminal cancer patients. If you are anyone in your family have a terminal disease with a lot of pain , I recommend trying another chain.

Love this store! Staff is always friendly in both the store and pharmacy. Even though it’s right on the beach, it’s never busy or crowded

Very knowledgeable and professional pharmacist. He was a lifesaver when I could not get an appointment at a walk-in clinic. He fixed me right up. I never did have to go to the doctor. Thank you, CVS!

Normally, I give a very great review to the store and pharmacy. However, the other night I went in and got there on Sunday at 4:59, and got to the back of the store when it was turning 5 o’clock. The pharmacist working was already pulling down the metal doors to close. It was obvious that I was in great despair, considering that I had just gotten my son out of the hospital and had to rush from work to make sure that I got my sons very much needed prescriptions. As he was shutting the metal doors I said you’re closing, and he said Yep. He never offered to help me, and honestly by the tone of his answer I knew he wouldn’t if I asked for his help. In all honesty, he should’ve offered to help me because nobody else was there. The next day I went in to get the prescriptions, and the same man was working. I stressed my concerns about the day before and how very upset I was that he didn’t even offer to help me. Then he begins to laugh about the situation. I agree. I became very angry that a pharmacist put in charge of medication’s for very sick actually acted this way, and is going to laugh at this situation. I am very disappointed. I have left great reviews for this pharmacy, but this situation has left me considering switching my prescriptions out of CVS and to somewhere else.

Be aware the CVS Pharmacy closes at 1.30-2.00pm every day. The girl was having her lunch in the patient seats, hmm clearly no break area for staff. The Pharmacist was locked in the dispensary. Call to check time is correct.I was a bit grumpy to find this out as there were no signs any where other than "Closed". The ladies on front check out were grumpy back. Not a particularly nice CVS

Was from out of state and my mom fell and broke her wrist and hurt her back. After spending the night in ER i came here next morning to get her meds for pain filled. The ER had messed up the prescription. The pharmacist there got on the phone and straightened things out with an ER that made it difficult. The free standing Sacred Heart Accensions. It took 45 minutes to straighten things out. Greatly appreciated and meant so much to me. Above and beyond customer service.

I was written a prescription that I need to take immediately. I went to the Lynnhaven store they said they didn't have it. They said that the CVS on the corner of 79 in front Beach Road did have it they looked in their computer. That store is an hour away. I drove here and they don't have it either CVS computer system is not up to par and it's causing me serious problems.

I’ve been using this CVS over 20 years. Honestly I’ve never had problems with the staff there at all. I get prescriptions & have had many vaccines from this pharmacy as well. No plans to change.

First time this morning accepting an instacart trip from CVS. At check out Pam was very unfriendly and seemed a little spaced out. I typically pick up from Publix where there’s no need for a printed copy of the receipt because it’s already emailed so I was shocked to see I needed to scan receipt to continue to next order. I immediately walked back in the store and apologized to Pam while informing her that I would need that receipt after all. Pam nastily responded that she asked me if I needed it early and I said no. I calmly tried to explain that I didn’t know I needed it before because I wasn’t used to picking up at this store. Nasty Pam then gets on the phone with a manager and I over hear her telling the manager that’s is not her job to train people. They need train Nasty Pam on how to wait until a customer leaves to be nasty in front of customers she needs to strive to be positive Pam…Don’t be like nasty Pam…
