So I went in there to buy some stuff and there was a really cool mask that I tried to put on. But the gentleman worked there. I asked him to help me put it on and he looks at me like I’m crazy and says I don’t know what to do with all Those straps. .
Which kind of sucked because I know that he is the one that has to put it away because I didn’t end up buying it because he didn’t help me put it on so I didn’t know if it was gonna fit me. Which is a shame because it was a nice mask and I like to give business cause I’m a regular condom knowledge anyone who sees my face knows that. But I much rather prefer to go to the other one and much more helpful.
But yeah, I might want to train your people here too assist customers trying to buy the products. Because I know that he didn’t know the straps and he didn’t know where the straps went. But he was gonna have to figure it out one way or another and it could’ve been me leaving with it or with him having to put it back on the shelf so it’s a shame it was the was the latter.

I walked inside and was asked for ID immediately, I answered “I’m not here to purchase anything, I had a question” and was immediately asked to leave. Understand it was my 18th birthday today and I was inquiring about a job. Horrible service

Went in during my trip and I loved the stores atmosphere. Super helpful people. For all the people giving negative reviews, there is a sign posted outside that reads you will be asked for ID, if you cannot follow this I cant blame them for asking you to leave or not be able to sell you anything. It's the law.Wonderful place with all kinds of fun stuff even including tarot cards, crystals, and books. Will be returning and recommending! The lady behind the counter was super helpful and nice.

Temperamental middle-aged cow behind the counter is unnecessarily rude for no reason at all. Definitely avoid if you are Black/Brown.EDIT- TO OWNER RESPONSE: I was in there not even an hour ago. The only customer in the store at that time. The middle-aged, relaxed-haired Caucasian woman behind the counter was hostile and dismissive towards me because I did not have my I.D. on me (I am clearly over 18 and explained that I only lived 5 min away, could return briefly with the I.D.) I was told I "need to get out now" in an aggressive manner and tone multiple times, even as I calmly explained that I lived close by and had only forgotten my I.D. while walking toward the exit. The gentleman behind the counter, who first greeted me, was friendly toward me upon my entry. Once the Old girl took over, the highly impolite encounter began.Upon reading the rest of the reviews, it is an objective observation that customers of color seem to recieved treatment that is not preferential. If you doubt this, I implore you to read the overall reviews and see for yourself.

For a small space there is a lot to browse. Staff are friendly for the most part. Doesn't get too busy if that's something you worry about. Though it is off a very busy road so everyone already sees you going in. We were offered assistance on our visit which we appreciated but didnt need. When checking out the cashier asked if we wanted batteries for one of our items. I said yes thinking we were going to get a pack of batteries. For another one of our items, she had to open to make sure the batteries that came with were still good. They were rusted and she replaced them.. I can't say I wasn't concerned. There's a no return/refund policy which I understand why. Fast forward to that night the smaller item that originally had rusted batteries stopped working after like a minute.. even with the new batteries. That was a big mood killer and disappointment. I didn't realize that for the other item, that we thought we bought a pack of batteries for, she actually opened and put generic Amazon batteries in. And in doing so she broke the plastic cap that keeps the batteries in. She never said anything to us about it and still sold it to us! How am I supposed to use it if there's nothing holding the batteries in?? And it wasn't a "cheap" item either which is more upsetting. Also not sure how much we were charged for the batteries since we weren't given a receipt. While in the shop we were comfortable and confident in what we purchased. The staff going out their way to check and replace batteries we appreciated but had us questioning the quality and age of their items. But the fact that they let us leave with a physically broken item, knowing we would not be able to return, is dishonest and disgusting in my eyes. Not sure if I'd recommend this place but if you do go, make sure to keep an eye on how your purchase is handled..

Me and hubby come to PCB on vacation to just re-connect and have alone time..seen this store and the name also drew us in. I swear we probably spent 2 hours just looking at everything..absolutely amazing store..nice staff and needless to say we didn't leave disappointed. Bought a few new things we got to try together and it opened our eyes and we also learned some new EXCITING things about each other..lol Just got home and we are more relaxed than ever.. plus we brought back amazing souvenirs lol

Stopped by on Vacation because the name drew us in ?. Me & hubby couldn’t resist. Very nice & organized store with everything you can possibly think of. From adult pleasure to smokers heaven. Alex & Brittany is a MUST meet. Definitely down to earth & laid back two young ladies.

Used to frequent this place almost every day, the staff has gone from friendly to absolutely down right rude at the location near my house I even returned one of the employees lost cell phones about a week ago with nothing but a cold shoulder, not even a thank you! If that wasn't enough, she even snatched it out of my hands the products are good otherwise I would give 1 starts
