I asked them if they could save from the water damage to check why it was running slow. They changed out the drive for me to an updated one and transferred all the files. All the same day and for a tourist. thanks again for fitting me in!”

“We were in a panic as our camera cards which contained over 1,000 pictures would not load from the camera to our Mac. We went to the store explaining we needed the photos, and they were somehow able to retrieve the photos and download them to a thumb drive to upload to our Mac. They were very professional and prompt. Very happy.”
