In the beginning of May, my mother and I were hopelessly lost trying to find our vacation rental. We stopped at Coldwell Banker to be met with the most wonderful woman who went above and beyond via leading us in her vehicle directly to our rental. Andrei Cunitin did a wonderful job marketing and selling our home on Panama City Beach. He is professional, knowledgeable and hard working. We had 2 offers in the first two days and we closed quickly and easily. He gets the job done!

Buyers beware! Buyers Beware! Buyers Beware!Do not use this company, do not give them any type of deposit you will not get it back. They like to play games with other peoples money. Very shady business! Joana is the Broker for this facility. Eva Mullins was the sellers agent do not not trust these two with your house or your deposit. Home inspection was a epic failure which we canceled our contract because they refused to fix repairs so we walked. So you have been warned any questions feel free to contact me and I will back up my story.
