If you are looking for a relator you have to use CARA GARCIA!!!! She was hands down the best we could have ever asked for. This was our first time buying a home, we had absolutely no clue on what we were doing and she made the entire process so amazing for us!! She took so much time and effort to find us the most perfect home!! We couldn’t be more thrilled with the home she found us! She answered all of my a million first time home buyer questions and never made me feel at all like I was bothering her. If I needed anything she was ON IT in a matter of seconds!!! Cara, always made sure I had all the answers I needed. I was almost in tears when we closed because I wasn’t going to talk to her 24/7 anymore lol. Cara, is such a fun, caring, and amazing hard worker!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to help you find your dream home! She is truly such blessing in our lives has become family to us!!!

Marco Cooper called me and texted me asking and asking and asking for my listing. I asked for nothing more than HONESTY. I've caught him in numerous lies. He does not follow through with promises and if you question him he accuses you of "riding him" and becomes nasty. There are lots of realtors out there. Find some else.

I have been working with realtor Cheryl Ward with Coastal Sun Realty both for purchase of a new home as well as selling my old home. Cheryl has made the experience easy. She is always there to answer questions and give advice. She also listens to what you want or need and helps you to get it. The new house purchase went very smoothly, and now I am already under contract on my old house. Would highly recommend her if looking to buy or sell a home.
