Amber and Cassie are the best. They go above and beyond for every customer that enters the bank. Always with a smile and gracious attitude. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. They take the time to answer each and every question that you could possibly have.
They sat down and helped me personally with a frown. So gracious and ready to help. I am super happy that I bank at centennial and I have since encouraged all my friends and family to bank with centennial. Because when I tell you that it feels amazing for your bankers to know you by name and greet you with a smile it is a top tier feeling. It makes you feel appreciated even though you don’t have millions in the bank. Thank you Amber and thank you Cassie. You both are phenomenal and the main reason why I will always bring my business here.

Just drove from Port St Joe to make a deposit, bc the online hours say the drive-thru is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Turns out they're not open. Thanks

Never had anyone argue over who was not going to wait on me. Was trying to open an account with a $5000 initial deposit. I took their bickering as a sign this was not where I need to open an account and went to a local credit union. The credit union has been awesome.

What happened to anwering the phone. Twice in 30 days I've had to drive back to a branch to fix an error. 30 minutes on hold, no one answers.Btw, did you have a meeting to come up with most irritating hold music and pitch I've ever heard in my life.You succeeded, that guy saying the same thing over and over.Ughhh!!

There are no words. They cant keep a Manager here and they allow staff to verbally chastise their customers and their response when you express your concernis is, “well she's young.†Yes young and unsupervised and poorly trained. A clear reflection if how this organization is ran, at least locally. If they are going to have a big girl job they need to behave like one too. They are the face of this bank. We will be closing our accounts as soon as all transactions are processed and will make sure everyone we know is aware how they treat their customers. And this is one of many things that have occurred with the bank.The PCB Parkway location Management always have their door closed. Very telling if their Mgt style
