Horrible experience with this bank. Money kept getting deducted from my account with no explanation, when I didn't touch it. I could only check my account on their app and I kept getting locked out of it, even with the correct information. I deposited money into the account and a couple of months later, almost half of it was gone. I will be taking my business to a more competent bank!

What happened to anwering the phone. Twice in 30 days I've had to drive back to a branch to fix an error. 30 minutes on hold, no one answers.Btw, did you have a meeting to come up with most irritating hold music and pitch I've ever heard in my life.You succeeded, that guy saying the same thing over and over.Ughhh!!Update: you care so much you give me a computer generated response. Your aren't striving very hard. Lol

This bank have the worst customer service ever, The lady at the first window seemed very prejudiced , From the moment I approached the window and said hello, her response was , Are you here to open an account I told her yes then she proceed to asked which country are you from and she kept twisting her head with an attitude ,she ask for a lot of documents in which I presented them to her then she asked for another document that I didn’t have with me so she said that I could email that particular document to her so when I went home I did, it was about merely 5 seconds after I emailed that document she called me stating that she can’t open my account and that I should go an open an account with another bank like regions with attitude in her voice..

I’ve been banking at Centennial Bank for years. They are efficient and easy to deal with. They will go out of their way to satisfy a customer.

This place is a joke. I will be turning them into Visa. As a distributor, your customer service is terrible. Needed a cash off of my NetSpend card. First, she stated the system was down. Huffed and puffed about the transaction. Then, refused the transaction because my id didn't match the zip code. But my name completely matched. Go to Regions. They greeted me with smiling faces, excellent customer service.

I've banked with Centennial for years at the Thomas Drive branch. I moved to the west end and now mostly use the PCB Pkwy branch. They are always efficient and courteous at any location I use. Highly recommend!
