Material is good but service just horrible. Both on the phone and in person the young lady upfront is just not helpful in any way and really doesn’t care if they make a sale or not.

Today I returned to meet again with Jordan. This was to confirm the dimensions of the custom-sized door for our HVAC closet. Last week I brought the door and frame. She took measurements of the door, but didn't want to look at the frame which I also brought. She is young, and new to this position. She discussed the final details and called the Millwork Company to discuss some questions about the door. She handed me the QUOTE she received from the Millwork Company to sign as the SALES ORDER. CCLCPCB's price was not shown on that QUOTE, as it shouldn't.She said "this door would not be made the way it was, with a striker." I asked why she didn't take the distance from each end of the door to set the location for the latch mechanism?" to make it like it was made. She said "I don't want to make a mistake". I then learned it would be a ball catch closure. I said "but you took measurements of the door." So she said "If you want to purchase the door just sign the Millwork Company's QUOTE." She said if the door is wrong, there are no returns". I then said, "But if you or Millwork Company makes a mistake, I don't pay for the door", CORRECT? She said "Absolutely not, because I may make a mistake." I said that is the point. I have given you every opportunity to double-check your work. Well if Millwork Company makes a mistake, are they responsible?" She didn't answer. So how do I have any confidence in Jordan or CLCCPCB if no one takes responsibility? This is the reward of improving your value to the company by improving your skill and lowering mistakes. So why should I do business if this is their policy? So, as I started to sign, I said, "There is small claims court to resolve this issue." She said I don't feel comfortable selling you the door." That was fine for me. The last thing to add, is I should have signed a CLCCPCB Sales Order. This document would have the Millwork Company QUOTE language on the CLCCPCB Sales Order. Also would be the tax, which the document she showed me didn't have, there would also be the T's & C's of CLCCPCB, as well as delivery date, location of this office of CLCCPCB, as well as other information. I do believe I'm entitled, if not required by law to have such a document. Not having me sign a CLCCPCB is a way to "Keep" CLCCPCB "blind" in the transaction.I don't remember the last time I made a purchase and didn't receive a sales ticket from the seller. Normally my experience is language on the sales ticket for special items state something, such as "In the event of an error made by the Company, the Purchaser's sole remedy is for the return of money paid. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage. Any damage found is to be reported immediately to this office".

Material is ok quality but it takes FOREVER to get loaded.. if your in a hurry drive the extra 15 min to lowes. You will be saving time.. been here 3 days in a row. Waited over 30 min in line after purchasing material. Only 2 trucks in front of me each time..

Just the worst. Office lady is nice. But the warehouse employees are the most unfriendly non-helpful I have met in sometime. And honestly I don’t blame them I think it’s management that tells them not to care about people that pull up to pick up their own material. And yes they are the highest prices around.

A constant large turnover. New people every time I go into the PCB location. The warehouse workers get more unfriendly each time with very rude disrespectful statements. No one seems happy there and they don't appreciate your business.

Great prices on lumber, and most building materials. Beats the big box store prices by 15% or better. Great helpful sales staff. Takes a while to get materials loaded sometimes, but still worth it.
