Justin and Bethany give the BEST customer service. Capital City Bank is by far the best all around. Big enough to meet all my banking needs, small enough to give great customer service. Bill Smith is a fantastic CEO.

Long slow process to open an account. Was told they would send all my information in the mail which never came. Tried to login to account online but had issues. Call and found that the branch never requested for online banking which they said they would send info for. Called to cancel a credit card and the guy told me he would call me back to confirm and he never did. Bad CS all around

Great customer service! They walked me through the accounts and the options I had prior to opening my account. The virtual Banker on the ATM machine is the best - especially during COVID.
