Broken glass in the doors and lights in the hallways never work yet you pay a monthly fee on top of your rent for them. Fire Alarm panel has been beeping for months so who knows if that works should there be a fire. Also found a ton of mold in the unit around the window. Can’t wait to move out.Also, since they blow you off if you mention it in the office, be ready to live with absolutely filthy hallways and stairwells. Somebody threw up in the stairwell 2 nights ango and when I told the office manager she shrugged it off. This place is disgusting.

‼️DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️They have painted over the mold in the units. I cannot sleep without having asthma attacks due to the mold. They told Management is terrible and extremely rude. The only this that is pretty and they take care of is the office area and pool. Everything else looks like a abandoned apartment complex. The elevator is out 99% of the time.

Horrible experience living here. The property isn't maintained, there is trash and dog droppings everywhere (outside, hallways, stairwells, even the elevator that goes out once a month for a week). There are bugs in most units living in the walls that are impossible to get rid of even though you pay a monthly pest control bill. The hot tub never worked once the year that I lived there. The employees play music over the loud speakers at the pool area pretty loudly, then a lot of days they forget to turn it off before leaving the office and you are forced to listen to their playlist throughout the entirety of the night. The employees at the leasing office are also extremely lazy, disrespectful, and unwilling to help with complaints or to try to make residents feel comfortable. There is only one tenured employee working at the leasing office since everyone else left due to constant residents complaints about the complex and it's employees. Also when you move out you will no longer have access to the residents portal where you pay your bills, so your final utility bill that comes afterwards will be sent to collections without any correspondence. You will also be charged cleaning fees no matter how clean you leave your unit. Please be wary of this place and adhere to the poor reviews, there is a reason this place has a under 3 stat rating on Google reviews.

Do not rent here unless you enjoy headaches.-elevators are always down-hallways and corridors smell like straight piss, always dirty-apartments have not been updated in years-office staff - unprofessional to say the least-nicest thing here is the pool-**THEY WILL KEEP THE MAJORITY OF YOUR DEPOSIT NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU CLEAN PRIOR TO VACATING-**BASE RENT SEEMS LOW BUT YOU WILL BE PAYING <$115 A MONTH IN FEES, SEWAGE, ETC

Don't want to make any early assumptions but so far so good there are a few tweaks I would rather have dealt with but very nice atmosphere I'll do another update in few months, I'll recommend them though

They advertise base rent but they don't advertise the extra fees you pay. Add $200 to what they advertise. You end up paying CAM fees(70$+ or more) + plus rent... PLUS they bill you for electricity for the street lights in the complex, water for the units & pool, pest control, and misc fees which totals $100-$150. My rent advertised was 1200 plus cam = 1270 ...plus 120 for the complex utilities....rent for 1 bedroom is over $1400 which does NOT include my own electricity bill/internet, required rental insurance, etc.Speaking of pest control, don't move here unless you're okay with roaches. They bill you for pest control ($13/monthly) but it's not scheduled maintenance...though they will lie and say it is. You have to submit a work order every month just for pest control...weird they bill you for it but it's not something routine.I'm only here because of the lease commitment.STAY AWAY!I would never recommend anyone move here.I should've read the comments first.3 more months and my lease will be up.....I'm so afraid they are going to keep my deposit.. based on previous tenants reviews. Hears to hoping ?Hot tub hasn't worked in the 11 months I've been here.The pool is not maintained and has A LOT of algae growth.Grills don't work and are disgustingly dirty...(maybe 1 burner works if you jiggle it.)The only building they (barely) take care of.... is building 1000 but that's because the "show/model" unit is in this building.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place has been a nightmare from day one. We had issues moving in, they changed the date we could move in and we ended up having to switch apartments last minute. We had to go month to month and they almost rented out our apartment before we even left. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. The place is a dump, and doesn’t follow half the rules on their novel sized lease agreement. There are constantly people parking in places they aren’t supposed to and people who aren’t supposed to be parking here so some evenings it’s impossible to even park near your apartment. There’s a roach infestation, which is disgusting. We had to clean the apartment after we first moved in because it was disgusting. Our garage clicker broke and has never been fixed. My husband had to fix our ice machine after 6 months of waiting the staff told us to fix it ourselves. The hot tub hasn’t worked most of the time we have lived here, and you don’t have access to the amenities up front after hours so there’s really no point to them. You can hear your neighbors all of the time if you’re unlucky enough to be next to (or underneath) neighbors that aren’t very considerate or conscious of the fact that they live around other people. Don’t rent here. It’s the price of the luxury apartment but worse than an average cheap apartment.

The office staff are professional and at the same time, make you feel like you are at home. I needed support with deliveries this week following neck surgery and they stepped right in to help me. I appreciate their kindness!

Thank you to the front office for always being gracious and helpful when needed…whether its something that needs repair or serviced or simply a smile as you walk in to the office. It’s because of people (in particular), Shelly and Anna that have made my stay here a pleasant one.Thanks also to Lindsey ? who left to pursue other interests, and to the maintenance crew.Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

So far everything has been wonderful! I love my apartment & working with the ladies in the front office has been a great experience! There were some things that needed attention from maintenance & as soon as a order was put in they got it done!

Place is falling apart. They keep the front office and pool nice but the rest of the place is a dump. Overflow of trash, rats and roaches. Dog feces everywhere, Sheriff always seems to be visiting this establishment. Read all reviews

We really enjoy living at White Sands apartments. The Staff are so kind. And the maintenance is quick to respond to an issue.
