Respectfully, all of my “issues” ( there have been very few) have been resolved with courtesy, kindness and minimal effort.

Great place to live, minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants! The staff here is awesome, courteous and professional!

Don't want to make any early assumptions but so far so good there are a few tweaks I would rather have dealt with but very nice atmosphere I'll do another update in few months, I'll recommend them though
