Went in with my 13y/o daughter after a long morning searching for a cute dress or romper. I felt like our every move was being watched. We were the only 2 in the store and the employee stood by the front door and watched us. I tried to talk to her while my daughter was looking for clothes and she was rude and blew me off. My daughter FINALLY found an adorable cute romper. I was told by another employee at checkout, who just came on shift, that we needed to bring our clothes out of the dressing room and put them on the rack. 1st employee went into the dressing room so obviously I thought she was grabbing them but nope she was just checking to make sure we didn’t steal anything! She walked out of the dressing room empty handed and my daughter still had to go retrieve her clothes. It was so awkward! I understand having problems with theft but I’m a mom shopping with my daughter. We had no shopping bags, Lulu belt bags, and with what we were wearing there was no place to stash clothes. If we weren’t desperate for a romper we would’ve walked out empty handed. Sadly, I will not return to this store despite the cute clothes they had. We were greeted with kindness and respect in every other store/boutique in Pier Park.

Okay clothes, I returned a dress though and was told they don’t do refunds, only store credit which doesn’t seem right at all.

I shopped here this past week and absolutely enjoyed it so much that I came back several times during our vacation! The employee working there was very helpful and suggested some new jeans that worked great for me!I did happen to be in the store on the evening when the previous reviewer became frustrated over being asked to get her items from the dressing room.The worker was checking me out, so there was at least one more person in the store, and she explained their store policy about items in the dressing room. Regardless of whether a person agrees or disagrees with store policy, she was the only worker in the store and was just trying to follow the rules of her job.My experience there was very positive every time I went in the store!

I am from out of town and always make a point to pop in this store. I went and tried on 4 items. Chose one and went to check out. I was asked by the sales associate if everything worked out, to which I replied yes, one shirt did. She asked me where the other three shirts were, I replied in the dressing room. She then asked me to go get them. I honestly thought she was joking. So I replied, are you serious, and she said yes. I have worked in retail before and I never once asked a CUSTOMER to go back and get the clothes out of the dressing room. Absolutely rude and lazy if you ask me. I was there to purchase clothes and that definitely turned me away. Mind you, I was the only person in the store? Super sad since it’s a cute store. I will not be back.

I’ve been shopping here since I was in 7th grade & the staff has always been so kind to my mom & I when we come in. We love shopping here & make sure to stop in every time we are in Pier Park.

Make sure you are 100 percent on something before you buy it. Won’t do a refund only exchange. Definitely won’t be back.

Staff are always wonderful. My daughter does a great deal of back-2-school shopping here. Anxious to see what changes with new owners. We hope they keep the same clothing and staff for sure.
