Everyone at Breeze was wonderful when we brought in our dog while on vacation. They fit us in as a walk in on a very busy Saturday not long before closing. My Caboose's eye is on its way to healing! Thank you to everyone at Breeze!

$$$800 to neuter a healthy 9mo old cat!!!! This vet's office is ridiculously expensive. I came to pick up my cat and had been quoted $230 for the second visit for neutering and after the procedure they handed me a bill for $390 and said oh we forgot to add some things to your quote. They didn't bother to tell me prior to the procedure. How convenient for them. And this was after the $390+ initial visit. So you up front pricing is that much off. Predatory pricing where extra cost just keeps getting added to your bill. I miss Dr Barr who was reasonably priced and an excellent DMV. His office was completely up front about all the cost of his services. Not Breeze Animal Hospital. Breeze Animal Hospital is all about the money and after the fact add ons. Take your fur babies somewhere else.

Thank you Dr. Zeng and staff for your quick life saving diagnosis, and for your wonderful and caring treament of me over the weekend. I am feeling much better, and am eating again, and promise to take my medicines as recommended for the next couple of months for hopefully a full recovery. Love Boots ♥️?

Our dog started getting hives on our visit to the area. The staff not only worked us in for a morning appointment, but were patient. They could have easily been annoyed with the last minute out-of-towners wanting assistance now, but were very helpful. Even the pet parents in the waiting area was nice. Dr Webb won our nervous dog over with her gentleness. The doctor explained the possible causes of the hives and set us up with the necessary medications. When we are in the area again, they will the place we turn to for help.

Brought a stray kitty to Breeze for an examination after a year of him hanging around my house. The staff here was so sweet and sensitive to the fact that this was a stray that I brought in out of the goodness of my heart, not a $1,500 boutique puppy. Seriously, the consistent meals I offered this cat were the only reason he wasn't 100% feral. It took me a full year to even be able to touch this guy. Getting him in a carrier and to the vet was nothing short of a miracle. The staff and the vet were gentle and caring with him, and tried their best to not scare him even more than he already was. They could have easily squandered all of the trust I had gained from this kitty, but they read the room like the professionals that they are and made him feel safe. I'm so thankful for their kindness, and I'm happy to report that he's how a full- time house kitty! Thanks, Breeze, for caring because it mattered to me!

Absolutely love Breeze Animal Hospital, have been coming here for more than a decade. In the Panama City Area, Breeze is known as the go-to place for exotic pet care (basically anything outside of your standard cat & dog varieties) and other local vets regularly defer to Breeze for care of guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, etc. Dr. Kimberly Breeze and her entire team are great....but because they are so good, they stay very busy. That said, they do a really good job accommodating emergency/short notice/urgent vet visits. Highly recommend!!!

Super happy with the care Breeze provides for my Bearded Dragon and my snakes! If I had a dog, cat, bird or T-Rex, I'd bring them too. Having a great Exotic Animal vet is so important. Having an Exceptional exotic vet, like Breeze, brings peace of mind and I'm so happy to know my animals will thrive with the care Breeze offers. Thanks Dr. Sierra and Krystal!! Y'all are the best!! Brought my cat in who needed emergency surgery for a 5:00 appointment.. charged me for after hour care.. ok.. but I'm pretty sure I brought her in during business hours.. whatever.. paid the bill.. in full prior to picking her up, just to be told they " accidentally " gave me a double discount and I owed an extra 180 bucks or I COULDNT HAVE MY CAT?!?! WHAT TYPE OF HOSTAGE SITUATION IS THAT!!?? I Just paid $1500!!! Then when I was paying the bill, they brought out my cat and their nurse told me * sorry about the extra charge, they forgot to charge her meds!" So which is it?! I handed them back their 123 dollar flea meds I didn't ask for.. and paid the extra 50 bucks!! Noone ever argued paying the bill, but they were quick to threaten you if you didnt.. sorry,.. your not keeping my 2k snow bengal.. nice try.... funnily, I never actually got a reciept explaining the additional charges. wonder why??! Thanks for saving my cat but.. don't THREATEN people to hold their animals hostage!! That's just SICK .

Dr. Breeze is amazing! Was really worried about my cat as she doesn’t so well with other ppl, but she made my cat as comfortable as she could during the exam.

First time using because reg vet closed. Great phone response, friendly very helpful. First visit went well on time personable staff , techs and vet. I'll be back with all 6 cats (rescues) clean atmosphere

Our appt was at 130, we arrived at 120 to an empty office and was not called back until 155. Also, another gentlemen came in after us and was called back first.If only the staff was as nice as the vet. When we called to make the appointment, they weren't able to get us in until over a month past when our dog was due for his shots. The vet tech acted like it was our fault that he was late for all his shots. Then she got offended when I pointed out it was their fault he was past due like they don't make mistakes.Also, we just lost our oldest dog and had to take her to Niceville because her vet couldn't see her for almost 3 weeks. RIP Sugar we loved you.Very disappointing service for the amount of money we spent.
