Have been taking my car here for 1.5 years. Great service, reasonable prices. This is a small, family-owned business, and you get to talk to the owner directly to communicate your needs. Was having issues with my truck but since I they worked on it it runs better than ever! I also appreciated the fact that you’re able to see pictures of things needing to be fixed. Felt comfortable with this mechanic and will continue to recommend them!

First class service all the way! We were visiting Panama City Beach from out of town when we experienced car trouble. Bob’s had the parts needed and was able to schedule the repairs immediately at half the cost we had been quoted at a different place. Bob sent us a video of himself actually driving our car and listening for the problem. Bob and his wife May were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I recently took my Range Rover Evoque to Bob's Automotive and I couldn't be happier with the service! They completed the work in less than a week and even got my car back to me a day early. Their pricing was fair and transparent. They originally thought they needed to remove the gas tank but found a way around it, saving me $400. In an area with few Euro car shops, Bob's stands out for their honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Bob, the owner of Bob's Automotive, seems to be a very knowledgeable mechanic and pleasant to deal with. I took my 2006 Sierra to him to fix the A/C, thinking it was severe. It turned out that it just needed serviced and a couple of inexpensive parts. Honest man. Thanks Bob and May.

Our car broke down while leaving from having vacation. I had read good reviews so I called and they didn't disappoint. Bob is very knowledgeable and through. Mrs May his wife even fed us pizza while waiting on car to be fixed. I definitely would recommend bobs automotive, although it took a while bob was able to figure out what was wrong and had us back on the road within a few hours.

My experience was great! The customer service was exceptionally fast and I was updated on every step of the process. The staff was respect and professional. I will be back. An honest mechanic is a hard thing to find but I have one.

Running beautifully. We arrived Saturday in PCB. Air conditioner stopped Saturday night. Our daughter found Bob's online. Liked the reviews. Called n was able to bring it ni Monday. Fortunately we we with a group so we had transportation. Updated that he had to order a part. Got 2010 expedition back on Tuesday. Bob's reminded us of place where we take our car in KY.

Great Experience!! I was on vacation when I started having trouble with truck. Took it to a nearby autozone and the manager recommended that I go to Bob’s Automotive. I spoke with his wife May she scheduled me an appt for the next morning. When I arrived she remembered who I was and promised to take care of me in a timely
since I was from out of time. They levied out other expectations. I’m very grateful!!
