I live in Tennessee and Beach House Florist has exceeded my expectations on two separate occasions. While my son was deployed overseas, I ordered flowers for his fiancée for Valentine's to be delivered at the school where she teaches in PCB. They texted me a picture before delivery. My son was so excited to see them before his fiancée. Recently, Beach House did the florals for our Rehearsal Dinner and they were over the top amazing. So many friends and family commented on how beautiful the arrangements were. The costal blue colors were a perfect choice for the St. Andrews Room at The Grand Marlin.

I dropped in on a Monday and asked if they could have something very particular ready by Friday. Ashley made a phone call, then pulled her team together to make it happen! I was quite impressed! The flowers were beautiful and the customer service was fantastic!

We want to thank you for the absolutely gorgeous flower arrangement you designed for my dad's sister-in-law, and our Aunt Faith's funeral this past Saturday. Being from out of town, and not knowing which florist to call, we were thrilled to see the arrangement you prepared and delivered to Kent-Forest Lawn for us. Ashley and her team are absolutely amazing! They are all so kind, helpful, and aim to please. Several times I've purchased flowers personally for my loved ones and they were beautiful. I've also made purchases as an organization for events and they were just perfect. The flowers are fresh and the arrangements are a work of art. Ordered a Wreath for D Day to display for my front yard. I am so disappointed. $150.00
So disappointed. Looks so cheap. Wreath was suppose to be Round and it was not. Ribbon with “D Day Remembrance” on it and again disappointed. Red ribbon with ugly gold glitter sparkles on and letters so close together to make it fit that you cannot clearly know what it is suppose to say. One would have to Stop and Read to know. I thought I would cry to see it but my disappointment took over. So disappointed but I will display it for those who gave so much.

Also it’s disrespectful to be taking care of one customer standing in front of you trying to pay and they take a phone call and fit you in between conversations as they are talking to the customer on the phone and mouthing words (?s) to the customer standing in front of you.
