Alice de La Penha did a great job for us when we got our condo! She set up our "flxmls" account so we could check new listings and changes. We were long-distance buyers, and she was willing to take measurements for us, get answers to all our questions, and she made a wonderful walk-through video for us. She helped us get settled in our new area with recommendations for lots of resources. We definitely recommend her.
